Good prices, excellent service, good quality parts, lightning-fast shipping.
I find the prices at Spitline better than many of the other places selling Lancia parts. Andrea also quickly and politely answered all my questions about the parts I wanted to order (via Whatsapp), whereas other parts places often just ignore enquiries or take too long to answer. I ordered a variety of spare parts for a Lancia Fulvia and all of them were very nice quality. The shipping was quite expensive, but it arrived in Australia by UPS international courier all the way from Italy in just three days from when I ordered. They also did an excellent packing job to make sure nothing got damaged during shipping (something other spare parts sellers don't always do). However it would be nice if they had a cheaper yet slower shipping option. One other suggestion I have is to have an English language option on the website (however if you open the website in Google Chrome it will auto-translate)

Sig. Pascal buongiorno, la fattura deve essere richiesta contestualmente all'ordine comunicando, se trattasi di Ditta, il numero di partita Iva (VAT). Essendo stato fatto l'acquisto come soggetto privato abbiamo emesso documento commerciale in data 10 Novembre N. 1571/001 che ha lo stesso valore di scontrino fiscale e che, a seguito di sua richiesta, abbiamo provveduto ad inviare al suo indirizzo mail in data 14 Novembre. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di annullarlo e di modificarlo in fattura.
