David Myer was very knowledgeable and helpful in the design process of my logo and website.

While the initial logo design process went well, my website development experience was a complete nightmare. Over six weeks, I was handed off to four different people due to constant staff turnover, and team members often pressured me for costly add-ons to meet their quotas. The high employee churn resulted in extremely long wait times for changes over several months, with the company continuously nickel-and-diming every detail. When I finally requested the completed site be released to my own WordPress account—a service they confirmed was possible for a fee—the transfer failed, and I lost my entire website. When I complained, they were dismissive, suggested I was "not very smart," and demanded $350 to restore the site. After spending over $2500, I was left with nothing to show for months of effort, and the company refuses to answer communications from the BBB.

I had my doubts about how fast a quality logo cloud be delivered, but Splendid Logo exceeded all expectations. They gave me 4 polished drafts in 48 hours, each one thoughtfully designed and unique. The final logo has since appeared on 100+ product packages, marketing materials, and our website, and it looks flawless in every format. Since updating the brand identity, we've seen a 20% increase in sales and a noticeable lift in brand trust.

Very happy with the hard work from Splendid Logo but I need to mention Steve Morgan- such a great customer service. I have requested multiple task and fixing of my logo and they have completed all of them. Love it!

Honestly wish I could give them zero stars. When I went through the logo design, I was told multiple times that the logo and it's copyright would be mine on payment. So as such I started using my logo. After a year they have come back and are threatening to take away my logo saying they still own it. They are a bunch of crooks and liars and I dont recommend doing business with them. Thanks for ruining my livelihood

This company does well at their logo, and web design delivering in a timely manner. It’s safe to say this company is not a scam. However, when my original project manager left the company, I was assigned multiple new project managers. These new managers were pushy, often rude, and rigid when offering me products I needed. I requested a call from a manager once but I was not available the first call he made to me. He proceeded to call me 4x in one day. He got an attitude when I addressed him about his behavior and hung up in my face. The project managers get an attitude when you genuinely don’t have the money and need to reschedule a payment. It was giving desperate energy.

Their email addresses and phone numbers would constantly switch and change, leading me to become suspicious of their legitimacy. Professional work places do not behave this way, so I immediately got documentation for ownership rights to my website. I felt forced into this decision, as I believed I needed to protect myself. Now they want $1,100 up front for one year to manage my website lol.

If I never felt pressured by their team, I wouldn’t have felt the need to gain ownership rights to my website so abruptly, and they would be managing my website for free lol
Two stars for at least delivering a professional logo and website. The rest of my experience was terrible.

I was running my business from home, and my branding screamed " small-time". But after getting their logo, social media kit, and website template, my brand looks like a real company. People now assume I have a full team even though it's just me and Splendid Logo!

They were very efficient and easy to work with.

Response time from the team was good. Minus the spelling that needed to be corrected. that seemed to put a slight delay. But all in all it turned out exactly what we wanted

We had the best experience with Jordan, he helped us go through the whole process of creating a site and etc, even though English is not my first language which is even harder for me to understand everything. We had a very nice time with him, our social media is thriving. Thanks a lot guys!!!

The team that worked on my logo was great. The choices they sent my were awsome. I had a really hard time deciding. I asked for some changes which they made with problem. When I ask for another change they were on top of it with a quickness. I could not be more pleased.

It took longer than expected (a few weeks) but I’m very happy with the final logo. It did took several back and forth though. Still, I found that the conversion was easy with Dennis and he made sure all my requests were met.
