De heenreis ging al bij al vlot: 15 minuten wachten om ons te brengen. Te terugreis was een RAMP: er stonden zeker 40 mensen te wachten, na 30 minuten komt er 1 busje voor 8 personen. Geen organisatie, complete chaos wie wel of niet meemag…

1 ster omdat ik geen nul kan geven. We maken een reservering voor 1 auto, 5 inzittende. Krijgen te horen dat het gratis is voor 4 pers, de 5de moet €5 betalen. Prima. Bij vertrek zet mijn man ons af bij de luchthaven zodat we tijdig de koffers kunnen inchecken. Al goed, want de shuttle vertrekt pas na 20 minuten. Bij terugkomst wat krijgen we te horen van de extrem agressieve chauffeur? 3 van de 5 mogen mee. De rest is wachten of €10 de man bijbetalen. Reken maar zelf uit wat voor een dieven deze zijn….3 kinderen bij dus 9,13 en 15, by the way….

Versteckte Kosten!

Het parkeerbedrijf ontving ons zeer goed en we werden onverwijld naar de luchthaven getransfereerd. Ook bij de terugtocht verliep alles vlot. De batterij van de wagen was ook op onze aanvraag weer volgeladen.

j'ai du attendre 30 min au parking et j'ai raté mon vol. en plus pas de transparence sur le tarif. l'agent m'a demandé 10€ supplémentaire à l'entré de parking et 20€ supplémentaire à mon retour puisque mon vol à été décalé et je suis revenu après minuit

This review is about the return trip, from the airport back to the parking.

After arriving, I went outside with my family (we were 4 people) and waited for the shuttle van. While booking, I noticed that the website only allowed a maximum of 3 people, which was already strange, so technically one of us wasn’t “booked.”

After 10 minutes of waiting outside in the cold at night, I called Splicar. A man answered and told me a white Mercedes van would arrive in 5 minutes. We waited, but no one showed up.

I called again, and this time I was told to take the escalator down to floor 0 (two floors below). He specifically told us where to go each time, and we followed his instructions exactly, so we were not at the wrong location. I went there, but again, no driver arrived. After another 15 minutes, I called once more. Then I was told that the driver had seen us but didn’t pick us up because we were 4 people instead of 3. This made no sense, as we never saw any driver even approach or look at us.

Then I was told to go back upstairs because a blue Mercedes was supposedly waiting for us. Again, he clearly directed us where to go, and we followed exactly. Once again, there was absolutely no one there. We checked everywhere. I called again, but this time my calls were ignored. When I finally got through, I was told the driver was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. When I asked why the information kept changing, the man hung up on me.

After yet another 15 minutes of waiting, I received a WhatsApp location. This location was also sent by them, not chosen by us. It turned out to be 1.5 km away at a completely different parking location. We had to walk there with all our luggage. After arriving, we waited another 10 minutes before the driver finally showed up.

The driver barely spoke English. He checked the system, saw that we were 4 instead of 3 people, and initially tried to refuse us. After we complained about the long wait and confusion, he reluctantly agreed, while shouting something in French that we didn’t understand.

During the ride, he played loud music and drove very aggressively. Above the speed limit and taking corners harshly. It felt unsafe and very uncomfortable.

Overall, they came more than an hour late, and the communication went very bad. Avoid this at all costs.

Grosse déception au retour de notre voyage. En effet, après avoir téléphoné pour avoir la navette, nous avons attendu 40 minutes avant que celle-ci arrive à l'aéroport, ensuite alors que le véhicule était quasiment complet, le chauffeur a attendu encore environ un quart d'heure de plus pour reprendre une autre personne... Nous avons donc perdu plus d'une heure, le temps d'arriver au parking.
Comment est-il possible d'arriver avec un retard si important à l'aéroport alors qu'il faut environ 10 minutes pour venir du parking ?
En outre, alors que les directives sont claires, je ne comprends pas pourquoi la navette attend les personnes qui téléphonent avant d'arriver à l'endroit prévu pour la prise en charge...

Great parking service !
Reserved in advance (prepaid) + paid 5 euros by leaving the car, what was clearly mentioned in my contract.
By leaving the vehicle they let me in. Immediately another man showed me a parking spot and took me to the airport by shuttle (10 min ride). Keys remained by me, as it was mentioned in the contract.
After returning to Charleroi Airport I called the Splicarparking. They were already available at the same place where they left me by departure. 10 later I started my car and left the parking.

Eerste maal dat wij voor deze firma kozen. Zeer tevreden. Parking is vlot bereikbaar. Zowel bij vertrek als bij terugkomst amper moeten wachten. Werden bij terugkeer tot aan onze auto gereden die redelijk ver op de parking stond. Vriendelijke chauffeur ook.

Vreselijk, wij staan een uur te wachten in de koude. De auto komt aan en wij mogen nog steeds niet mee. 3x gebeld meest onvriendelijk mens ooit, ABSOLUUT niet aan te raden, uiteindelijk anderhalf gewacht om terug aan de auto te geraken

Alles verlopen volgens afspraak. Hebben zowel in doorgaan als terugkomen max. 5mn wachttijd gehad.

Première expérience pour moi et satisfaite du service.
Les parkings de l’aéroport étant complets, j’ai cherché un parking plus éloigné et j’ai choisi Splicar. Service de parking facile, moins cher et personnel aimable. Je n'ai pas du attendre pour le shuttle à l’aller, et 15 minutes au retour (parking P2). Le chauffeur avait les clés des différents véhicules et nous avons été déposés près de notre véhicule. Une adresse à garder.

When you arrive you have to pay an airport tax, 10 euros. Its stated in the email in small letter. When you come back, you have to pay 20 euros to get driven from the airport to your car. All cash, very shady

Very good service. I arrived on the 27th around 5 a.m., and the parking guard was waiting even though I was late. Check-in was very fast, with a small €5 shuttle fee.
When I returned to Charleroi around 8 a.m., I couldn’t reach the shuttle by phone, but the Splicar van arrived a few minutes later and picked me up. I received my keys, and although the car was completely frozen (-5°C), the driver gave me de-icing spray and patiently told me to take my time warming up the engine.
Very friendly and helpful driver overall.

Wat een onzin bedrijf, komen afspraken niet na en laten je letterlijk in de kou staan. Afspraak gemaakt telefonisch contact opgenomen alles was goed tot het moment dat ik aankwam was niemand aanwezig en ook niet te bereiken. Ik zeg NIET DOEN!!!

I had a prepaid booking (€28.50) at Splicar Park&Fly near Charleroi Airport. When I arrived, four men were standing outside the office — it was dark, and I could not be sure they were employees. They demanded my car keys, although this requirement was not mentioned on the website main page.

When I said I preferred to keep my keys, one of them (apparently the boss) started shouting aggressively, ignored my repeated requests to calm down, and even tried to grab my phone when I started recording for safety. Obviously I didn't want to stay there but they refused to open the barrier and blocked me from leaving until I called the police. Only after they saw I'm talking to the police they opened the barrier.

The whole situation was extremely stressful — I had to rush to find another parking space at the busy airport and nearly missed my flight.

We hebben onze auto al vaker bij een parkeerbedrijf achtergelaten als we op vakantie gaan. Maar SpliCar is veruit het beste! Gemakkelijk gevonden. Vriendelijk onthaal. Wachtzaaltje met gratis koffie en mogelijkheid om naar het toilet te gaan. Heel snel naar de luchthaven gebracht. Topbedrijf!

Nette parking op bewaakt terrein van bedrijf Splifar, op ca 5-7 min van de luchthaven. Vlotte navette in nette wagen. Aangezien het zo dicht is normaal nooit lang wachten voor ze een tourtje hebben gereden. Ene chauffeur nogal grumpy, andere heel sympathiek. Punt van kritiek: ze bellen niet handsfree terwijl ze rijden!
Je moet je sleutel afgeven.

Ze waren vriendelijk & behulpzaam en we moesten niet lang wachten.
