It's a fraud works only few days after payment and then stops working.

I bought lifetime subscription with 4999 INR but it stopped working in 1 month no response from customer care they don't provide any call support just good form for complaint logging.
I'm logging complaint since 2 weeks now but no response.

Not responding to queries.. Don't waste your money

House hold is not working even after new steps followed but no response from splitchill team since morning, Very bad experience

they were ok in the starting, but service has deteriorated very badly...!! they say that they sell sharing rights of one subscription to 4 ppl but they sell to more leading to screens getting blocked. Netflix blocking it. Also their life time membership is a scam. They take money and stop responding altogether. There is no way to contact them other than filling their forms, which are not responded...Very bad behavior..

Scammers.... They will attract with less subscription fee. Don't fall in their trap. I have taken lifetime membership for 5000 but they are not responding after 2 months.

Scam Alert – Stay Away from SplitAndChill

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with SplitAndChill. They are complete scammers. I paid Rs. 5000 for a so-called “lifetime Netflix subscription,” and everything seemed fine at first. The service worked for a few weeks, but then it stopped completely.

Since then, they have disappeared. No response to emails, no support, no communication. They’ve gone silent after taking the money. This is a clear case of fraud.

Please don’t fall into the trap like I did. These people are running a scam and cheating innocent customers out of their hard-earned money. If you value your time and money, avoid SplitAndChill at all costs.

Reporting to consumer forums and cybercrime portal is the next step. If you’ve been scammed too, make your voice heard.

Used to be awesome. But now it has become pathetic.
Temporary login provided doesn't work.
Permanent login doesn't work.
Backup login doesn't work.
After raising complaint , they provided one new id that too doesn't work.
Every thing gives incorrect login/password.

They don't have any way to contact except pre forms with radio buttons. They Never reply or respond or talk to you or listen to concerns.

They have become Scammers now.
Avoid. Or play a gamble if you like. You may get lucky with working account. But i wouldn't count on it.

Not trustworthy..... You cannot plan and see a movie....... Always getting this device not a part of your household.... As per their guidance on following their rectification advice..... Still getting same problem....... Just like that we cannot contact them for complaints..... Its very very cumbersome procedure to contact them...... Sometimes they provide new or alternative login password which will work only for 2 days maximum.... Again getting same problem...... On the whole buying Netflix from Splitandchill is real waste of money..... Please Don't buy 🙏

Im using this website form past 2yrs. (Every single month).i never had an issue until now. I bought a NF account on 19th July 2024 and gifted it my friend. On 4th August 2024 i bought an account for myself. Few days ago my friend told me there is some issue with their Netflix account. So, i logged out my account gave my account to them.i thought account 1 was expired and there is no option to renew NF account 1. So, i wanted to buy new NF and paid money

I recieved a temporary Netflix account which didn't worked and it's okay the next day

I recieved these messages from them on 11th August 2024
Split And Chill: sir are you reseller ?
Split And Chill: You are *Banned* on the suspicion of being reseller.
If you think that this ban is a mistake, then please submit complaint here
And gave me some link which doesn't work at all

I sent them few messages on WhatsApp and submitted a form explaining it
And gues what they did
They blocked me on Whatsapp

Extremely happy and Quite impressed with the concept. Made payment and received login in just 5 mins. Enjoying the shows. Thank you a lot.

Also I have few suggestions.
1) Make service free for first three months.
2) Provide other services also

I paid Rs. 627 for 3 months subscription (Through Gpay on 14.12.2022, 20:51, Transaction ID: 234802532859). Didn't receive temporary login details immediately as promised or within 5 minuetes or ever. Main account details were given after 24 hrs (15.12.2022 21:40) exceeding their maximum deadline. I was hung in dark without any proper reply for more than 24 hrs. They removed me from their facebook group when I mentioned that I didnt receive temporary login details. Definitely need to improve on their level of service and customer assurance.
For the sake of readers and prospective users I will keep updating this review for the next 3 months of subscription with Netflix through SplitandChill on their level and availability of service.

Fraud website. I paid for 2 months of subscription, never received the login ID and got no response to repeated communications for an account or a refund.

Update - December 28, 2022: Received a text from splitandchill, they offered to give me the login ID to which I refused as I have an ongoing Netflix subscription now and asked for a refund instead. I was told they'd refund the money only if I take down my review from trustpilot.

Update - January 18, 2023: REPLY TO SPLITANDCHILL: The screenshots of our conversations have been submitted to Trustpilot, I wish there was a way to post them here. I did not fill correct information?!! You're just beyond shameless, aren't you? How did I receive a temporary login that expired in 24 hrs if I didn't fill the information correctly? Why haven't I received a refund yet?? DON'T YOU DARE CALL THIS A FAKE REVIEW ! Trustpilot takes down fake reviews if proper proof of transactions isn't submitted. I'll keep coming back and exposing you, you're just making it worse for yourself with such unprofessional and unethical comments.
