Confortable trousers! Fit nicely everywhere.

I love Spoke jeans and their trousers and the service is excellent. Fit is always really good. Prices are on the high side so it's worth looking out for discounts.

I can get a better fit with Spoke trousers and jeans than any other brand I have tried in my life. Shirts are pretty excellent fit too

I have been a customer of Spoke for 10 years. I think the quality of the product is very high relative to the cost. On the negative side I find their sizing for different trousers quite frustrating. My waist size is 35 in Jeans but higher for other designs. I re-ordered a pair of Classic Hero chinos having worn a pair for 2 years. When the new pair arrived the size was very different compared to the original pair. Having said that, the returns service is very slick. I contacted the company and suggested they open a few stores so you can actually try the clothes on. For those of us who have been loyal customers over the years, I think we would find this helpful. In summary, really like the product and will be buying more.

I use Spoke a lot, on this occasion I had to return a garment which just did not suit me, although it was to their usual standard. The return was made simple and straightforward, and via the Post Office was easy for me.

I’ve been buying your trousers for around three years, always in the same size, and this is the first time I’ve had a serious issue. The sizing has clearly changed, but there was no proper information about it. The trousers I received were much bigger than expected, and the colour was also different from the one shown in the photos.

Another major problem is your stock and logistics management. Every time a good model sells out, it becomes almost impossible to get it again. It feels like if a product disappears once, it’s gone forever. Because of that, I stopped buying from you regularly and now only return every two or three years, often choosing other brands instead.

You’ve expanded the product range too much, but the overall experience has become worse, not better. There’s a huge amount of products, yet the items people actually want — like Italian Denim in popular sizes — are constantly unavailable. I don’t have time to “hunt” for jeans online. I want to enter the store, buy the trousers I want, and leave. If they’re unavailable, I simply go somewhere else.

The pricing is also becoming difficult to justify. I understand you position yourselves as a premium brand, but the quality of the experience no longer matches the prices. On top of that, the website interface could be significantly improved because finding products and sizes has become frustrating.

Overall, the brand experience feels much weaker than it used to be, and I genuinely think you should reconsider the direction you’re going in before it starts seriously affecting customer loyalty.

The sharps trousers so far appear to be of good quality and have ordered another pair. However the quarter zip top has bobbled after approx half a dozen uses for office wear, nothing strenuous, which for the price point makes me question the quality. Delivery all works well.

I have come to expect trousers from this cpompany to have a perfect fit and these did not spoil that expectation. The weather has not been pleasant here recently so Ihave not had a chance to wear them since they arrived but the quality, the feel and the colour of the material makes me think that they will be comfortable, too.

Great product and the customer service is outstanding

Ordered new swim shorts. Build B were very baggy so I returned and requested exchange for Build A. Returns process was very easy and quick.
I would just note that even in Build A the trunks are still very baggy. They look good though so hopefully they will be good when tested in the summer.

Had a problem with the sizing of some trousers but as usual this was quickly remedied with a replacement upon returning the pair that I had the issue with.
This is the normal level of service that I have come to expect 😀😀😀😀

A small hiccup whilst ordering shorts resulted in three pairs of identically sized shorts arriving, all labelled the same size but one pair in reality slightly smaller than the other two. A quick phone call resolved the situation. Polite, cheerful, apologetic and rapidly resolved. Well done!

I ordered three items, two on reflection were a mistake by me and returned. Very prompt service by Spoke to refund the two items.

Consistency once again. Always a joy to open the package and once again to be greeted with a product that delivers time after time
