Good evening,

I hereby submit a formal complaint due to the seriousness of the facts described. Casinos are profit-driven entities, but they must comply with internal policies and the applicable legal framework.

While I could present multiple instances of unethical and potentially criminal conduct, I will focus on the central issue.

I fully accept responsibility for my own mistakes as a player. However, Sportaza Casino also committed a serious error, which it acknowledged in writing, and must therefore assume full responsibility.

Facts:

1.1. On April 24 at 14:39, I requested the closure of my account through the VIP agent (with email record and also via WhatsApp).

1.2. The casino made a counterproposal at 14:41, which I refused at 14:53.

1.3. The account was closed at 15:06, but with the possibility of reopening.

1.4. On April 26, 2026, I expressly requested permanent closure, “without the possibility of reopening.”

2. I made this request fully aware of my severe gambling addiction, for which I am currently undergoing treatment. Permanent closure is an essential and widely respected safeguard in the industry.

3. Despite this, on June 19 I was contacted via WhatsApp (using masked Portuguese numbers) and email by a VIP manager, who offered me money to gamble and proposed reopening my account. This constitutes harassment and a clear violation of responsible gaming principles, especially given my condition.

Conclusion:
Following this contact, my account was reopened and I relapsed into gambling, incurring losses of approximately €24,000 within two to three weeks, in a context of persistent contact attempts and masked numbers linked to unrelated individuals.

4. On July 27, the casino acknowledged its error and the existence of my request for permanent closure, offering €4,000 as compensation. I never accepted this amount as a final settlement, only as an initial step.

5. I am able to provide full deposit statements for this period, to be cross-checked with the casino’s records.

6. The casino must refund all losses incurred after the definitive account closure, as well as compensate me for unlawful contact, harassment, and the reopening of the account.

Sportaza Casino (ROCKETSHIP VENTURES S.R.L.) currently operates under a Tobique license, having previously operated under Curaçao and Anjouan, whose authorities did not respond to prior complaints.

I was repeatedly contacted by this and other casinos linked to the Soft2Bet group through masked phone numbers—abusive practices that exploit individuals with gambling addiction.

This complaint is also submitted as a public warning regarding the risks these entities pose.

I therefore demand full reimbursement of all funds lost following my formal self-exclusion.

P.S.
I was harassed by several casino managers. I also note that this occurred multiple times with other brands within the same Soft2Bet group associated with Uri Poliavich. These casinos operate illegally in Portugal and engage in unimaginable, immoral, and highly illegal harassment practices.

Ich warte nun schon seit über zweieinhalb Monaten auf eine Auszahlung von 400,30 €.Zuerst schlug die Auszahlung auf meine Kreditkarte aufgrund technischer Probleme meiner Bank fehl ( was mir von der Bank bestätigt wurde ). Daraufhin versuchte ich, das Geld per Banküberweisung abzuheben, aber auch diese Transaktion wurde nicht bearbeitet. Ich habe den Verifizierungsprozess vollständig abgeschlossen und alle angeforderten Dokumente mehrfach eingereicht, auch im PDF-Format, wie zuletzt verlangt. Trotzdem erhielt ich vom Support-Team lediglich Standardantworten, und in den letzten Wochen gab es keinerlei nennenswerte Neuigkeiten. Mein Fall wurde angeblich an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet, aber seitdem ist nichts passiert. Mein Konto ist weiterhin aktiv und der Kontostand ist sichtbar, aber die Auszahlung wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Diese Erfahrung ist äußerst frustrierend und unprofessionell. Ich erwarte eine klare Lösung und die sofortige Auszahlung meines Geldes. Ich werde diese Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald das Problem gelöst ist.

Comme beaucoup d'autres avis, mon compte a été fermé sans aucune raison. Je n'ai reçu aucun email pour me prévenir et me donner la cause de la fermeture : je l'ai découvert en voulant me connecter.

Mon compte était parfaitement vérifié et en règle. Je n'ai enfreint aucune de leurs conditions et j'ai utilisé le site moins de 10 fois.

Le service client peut vous répondre en 4 jours.... comme en 4 mois !
Ils sont incapables de me dire pourquoi mon compte a été clôturé et je suis dans l'attente du virement de l'argent qu'il me restait sur le site (ils m'ont demandé mon rib pour un virement ou un wallet pour un remboursement en crypto).

Vous faites comme vous voulez mais perso, un site avec autant d'avis négatifs et de soucis je passe mon chemin sans même me retourner.

Id rate 0 stars. This site is a scam. I deposited money for the welcome offer 18 days ago. Despite contacting them numerous times and providing screen shots they have not deposited nor refunded my money. Don't use this site. There are more trustworthy sites.

I have been waiting for my payment since 27/12/25.
The payment was canceled twice on my Visa card used for payment, and once on my bank transfer.
They say that the bank did not accept the payment.
That's nonsense, Wise never makes mistakes, and I didn't receive any notification of any incoming attempts.

Auszahlungen sind laut SPORTAZA bis 1.000 € alle 24 Stunden möglich. Ich habe per Banküberweisung eingezahlt, diese Auszahlungsmethode wurde von Sportaza sofort in meinem Konto deaktiviert nachdem ich ein hohen Gewinn (3000€) hatte und auszahlen lassen wollte.

Casino Guru gegenüber teilten sie letzte Woche mit, das eine Auszahlung jetzt möglich wäre, was nicht stimmt! Casino Guru hat am 15.02.26 Sportaza eine Frist gesetzt, die bis stand heute durch neue Forderungen und hinhalte Emails NICHT für ernst genommen werden von Sportaza.
LETZTE CASINO GURU CHANCE gestern 03.03.26 verstrichen, SPORTAZA hält sich selbst an diese Regeln nicht und antwortet GAR NICHT auch auf Casino Guru NICHT!
Eine detaillierte Email, wie sie unten von Sportaza gefordert wird habe ich schon mehrere gesendet mit genauen Angaben und Informationen, bringt aber nichts, sie wollen dann alle 7-10Tage das selbe nochmal!
