Zero After Sales

At the beginning I believed this was a top company, been one of the only shipping boatman products to Ireland,
I bought a bait boat which was great until I experienced a problem, one of the faulty battery clip snapped, when asking for the spare part to be replaced I got a run around and was told to contact the supplier, the supplier told me that the shop was responsible, now it’s in the dark with no more contact, they don’t care anymore, I work in retail a long time and I know that the aftercare for the customers is as important as the first purchase, I had great intentions of using this site for all my fishing gear, but now unfortunately this will be the end!
Such a shame that this company can not replace a small plastic cover on such an expensive product!
