I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription service. This was not exactly made clear when I made a purchase on another website. I requested a full refund. Emerald has been helpful and said if I leave this review, I will receive a full refund. Thank you, Emerald!

Left previous review, being charged without my knowledge. would not return my money. finally got a response that if I left them a good review here they would return my money, seems like everyone on here has had the same experience. Please do not give them 5 stars, they are clearly a sham website.
