Always a great experience with Sportsbreaks. Good weather and beating Yorkshire made it even better. Great view and great food, as always thanks to James and the team.

Recently returned from our first ever F1 where we went to Hungary. James our hotel rep was awesome, all staff were spot on. We couldn't fault anything, organisation and communication was spot on from arrival at the airport, to getting dropped off at the airport. Everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend....And...Lando won!!!

having used sportsbreaks twice now for f1 events i have found the booking process and advice very good, even as we book from overseas.

Great communication throughout the booking process, with clear and concise information about the event and package details. The booking experience was straightforward, and once confirmed, we received a comprehensive package with everything we needed to know.

The post-booking support has also been excellent. Any follow-up questions were answered quickly and clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Overall, a very professional, organized, and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend SportsBreaks for anyone looking to book an official football ticket and hotel package.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Havd booked numerous times eith them and havd bought a lot of vouchers. Have never had an issue with them. Would highly recommend this company.

Each time I use SportsBreaks they are very quick with their responses. The event I request is accurately booked, with a reservation number. If I subsequently have a query - about accommodation, for example - the SportsBreaks response is very fast. I know this because I had exactly that query recently. It was resolved in only a few hours. Impressive.

SportsBreaks is an excellent service provider for what, in my case, is access to Premier League home games for Everton FC at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Based on my experiences, I strongly recommend them for booking your own sporting adventures, whatever the sport they offer might be.

There is doubt about booking tickets on-line, but Sportsbreak was responsive and we got tickets and hotel package. Seat were above goal and we had 11 in a row. Hotel also good. Excellent experience

Excellent experience from start to finish. Everything from booking to arriving home ran smoothly and staff were very professional throughout.

I cannot fault SportsBreaks, the entire experience has been top notch. I booked this as a 21st birthday present for my son, so I was really hoping it would live up to expectations. It far exceeded them. When the match was rescheduled, they gave me plenty of notice and customer services (who were super-responsive and quick) changed my hotel booking without a hitch. When one of the booked party couldn’t make it, and only 2 weeks before the match, they quickly changed the name on the booking (for a small fee). The Hilton Garden Inn at Manchester Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground was superb - our room had a balcony overlooking the ground. The Edge restaurant at the hotel (also overlooking the ground) served delicious food day and night and service was super friendly, with an excellent self-service breakfast included. The location of the hotel was spot on - right next to Old Trafford Tram station for easy access from and to Manchester Piccadilly station (c. 20 min) and only a 10-minute walk to the Manchester United Football Stadium. Our seats at the Theatre of Dreams were practically pitch-side with an amazing view of the game, and to top it all - United won! Overall a hitch-free, awesome experience and I would definitely book with SportsBreaks again.

Fantastic trip to Man Utd last week, great seats first class customer care

got a email form SportsBreaks saying the only tickets left for the Nott Forest game was Hotel, food Drinks, and padded seat a package , £159, i did not use hotel , but when i got to the stadium i was in normal seating with no food or drinks , i made a complaint and got nowhere been told it was my fault as they said i was in North Stand and should of known it was normal seating , yet email said only package seating was left , i been miss lead , so be careful they was not helpful at all , my fault they say as i should of known North stand was not a package seat

Great venue and food. The whole booking process and organisation was first class and would highly recommend it. The view from the seat was also first class. Something I’ll definitely be doing again in the future.

Moja opinia na temat firmy Sportsbreaks jest niestety bardzo negatywna. Skorzystałem z ich oferty, licząc na profesjonalną obsługę i elastyczne podejście do klienta, jednak rzeczywistość okazała się zupełnie inna.

Głównym problemem była zmiana terminu meczu Manchester United – Aston Villa z soboty na niedzielę, na co jako klient nie miałem żadnego wpływu. W takiej sytuacji oczekiwałem pełnego zrozumienia i możliwości uzyskania 100% zwrotu kosztów, ponieważ zmiana daty znacząco wpłynęła na moje plany podróży.

Niestety firma Sportsbreaks odmówiła pełnego zwrotu pieniędzy, co uważam za bardzo nieuczciwe podejście. Klient nie powinien ponosić konsekwencji zmian organizacyjnych, na które nie ma żadnego wpływu. Brak elastyczności i nastawienie wyłącznie na własny interes sprawiają, że trudno polecić tę firmę innym.

Zdecydowanie oczekiwałem wyższego poziomu obsługi klienta, szczególnie w sytuacjach losowych. Niestety moje doświadczenie było rozczarowujące i zniechęciło mnie do ponownego skorzystania z ich usług.
Dodatkowo bardzo źle oceniam obsługę klienta. Kontakt mailowy był utrudniony – czas oczekiwania na odpowiedź był długi, a same odpowiedzi sprawiały wrażenie pisanych w sposób oschły i mało uprzejmy. Zabrakło profesjonalizmu oraz empatii wobec klienta, który znalazł się w problematycznej sytuacji nie z własnej winy.

I attended the test match between England v India at Emirates Old Trafford in 2025 and loved my experience from start to finish.

We were greeted with warm welcomes from the SportsBreaks staff who checked us in, gifted us our drinks vouchers and guided us to our seats for the day.

We were plotted on the top bit of the terrace with a table and quick access to the toilet.

At lunch we were handed our food hampers which were delicious with foods varying from both England and India which I thought was very well thought of.

We were in the sun all day and had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend attending any cricket at Emirates Old Trafford again with SportsBreaks.

I’ve used SportsBreaks twice and both were hassle-free and great experiences. Most recently, I visited the new Everton FC stadium. The company advised me in good time that the date was changed, and all amendments were made smoothly. The tickets arrived direct from Everton as electronic tickets commensurate with their shiny new stadium. Everything arrived in good time and the hotel selection - Delta Hotels in Liverpool city centre, was great.
