ordered some college football magnets and after a month of no news/updates, etc, asked to cancel and got this darling reply; "This backorder is now cancelled, please do not attempt to order from our sites again."

Place is a scam do not order from them.

Same exact thing the other reviews said. Placed an order for a license plate on 5/31 under the impression it would ship in 2-4 weeks per their website. I checked in on 6/26 to see if there was an update. The next day they sent a generic reply about being back ordered etc. 7/15 I sent an email that was not responded to. I followed up 7/23 & was sent that same generic email reply. Yesterday 8/27 I asked for an update that wasn’t a generic copy & pasted reply. This morning they cancelled my order & told me not to order from them again. I was very kind in all my emails, even yesterday’s. Weird experience.

The total experience was disappointing. My order was delayed and they never reached out to inform me of this. It took my reaching out to them to find this out. Then when I complained about it, instead of finding a solution that would work for both sides, they cancelled my order and told me never to order from them again.
One star is too good for them

Long story short, I never got my product. It was “on back order” for 2-4 weeks, and 5 months later after checking in several times I asked for a tracking number to see my item in transit. They responded saying my order was cancelled and to never order from them again (?!!). Do not be scammed by this company like I was. They are condescending, unprofessional, and dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!!!
