Dear Jackie,

We are afraid you, like most of our reviewers, are confusing our company with another company on the internet. We do not have your name on any order in our system. Please, please, check your bank statement for the correct company.

We are Sports Fans Merchandise, not Sports Fans Merch, Sportz Fanz, or any other company. Our website sends direct emails to our customers to ask for reviews. Your review shows as ‘organic’, which means you were searching for the company that caused you this frustration.

We understand the need for all of us to express dissatisfaction in poor service, but please confirm you are reviewing the correct company, otherwise you are letting the responsible parties off the hook as it were, and punishing innocent victims. Please confirm your information, and leave your review with the correct company. You can find our company at sportsfansmerchandise.com, or shopmyteams.com (which will take you to sportsfansmerchandise.com) only. We do not have another website, nor are we affiliated with any of these other companies 🙏🙏🙏!

Dear Kathleen Reed,

We do appreciate the product review of this item from Siskiyou Sports. You have reviewed the product based on your evaluation, and customers appreciate product feedback to help determine whether an item may or may not be of value to them.

However, this area where this review has been left is for our service as a company. This item was ordered and shipped on the same day Nov. 29th, and was delivered by Post Office ground service from California to the East Coast on Dec. 4th. The service you experienced on this purchase was above par to say the least.

We would truly appreciate feedback in this area be based on the service received, and product reviews in their separate designated area. Any effort in adjusting the placement of this review would be greatly appreciated.

We regret to hear you have had such an experience with a company. However, we believe you have the wrong company you’re reviewing. Our company is Sports Fans Merchandise. There is a company called Sports Fans Merch. We do not know if that is the company you were dealing with, or another company.

We can assure you that this is not the company that you have had with that experience. Please confirm the company you are looking for to leave this review. Please also check your order number to confirm your purchase. Our order numbers are in a five digit format currently starting with 15xxx.

Hello Padres Gal,

This would be more appropriate as a product review and not a review of our service. This item was shipped within 2 business days and was received very quickly even for the Post Office. As stated on our website's 'shipping and returns' page, we cannot offer warranty on any products sold. Warranties, if available, come from the manufacturer not the retailer.

Your claim is as follows:

"I received my order and put both the flags on my car and drove down to the stadium and back. When I got home, one of the flags had completely fallen apart. In fact, it was barely hanging on by two threads. I would like a replacement or refund. The other flag is fine."

It is absolutely impossible to determine what, if anything, happened to your flag while you were at the stadium. In fact, going to a Dodgers home game with Padres flags adds many possibilities as to how your flag could have possibly been damaged.

We do regret we are not in a position to be of assistance.

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for an item not being available. We do not accept funds on items that are oversold, nor de we hold on to funds for items that are back-ordered with no restock date.

We do appreciate the disappointment experienced in not having an item available, even though it was showing available at the time of purchase.

Although the item oversold in a different marketplace before this order could be fulfilled, we will never keep your money hoping the item will return to stock eventually.

If you would like to repurchase and have the order held until the item is back in stock, please reorder and indicate that on the comment section in the order.

Hi Mike,

We do apologize for any inconvenience experienced on this purchase. We too share your frustration, as do many multi-storefront businesses, in trying to keep error free inventory levels. Added to the difficulty are items shipped directly from the manufacturer as our 'shipping and returns' page states on the items purchased. We are subject to human error from their processes, as well as our own struggles.

We apologize for refunding your order. We still pay transaction fees on refunds, so it is definitely not an option we prefer. Although some stores may hold on to your funds in an attempt to not lose the sale, we believe promptly refunding and admitting our error builds better trust in the long run. If you would like to repurchase these items to hold until they return to stock, please email us through the website and we will make sure your order ships as soon as it is available.

We do thank you again for the opportunity to serve your Sports Fans Merchandise needs, and hope we will be allowed to try to do better in the future!
