Arnaque

Attention – la présentation du site est trompeuse : on pense acheter un article, mais une fois la commande réalisée, on se retrouve abonné – à hauteur de 64 € – sans en être pleinement conscient. Et passé un certain délai, résilier devient trÚs compliqué. J’ai contacté le service client pour annuler, mais j’ai dû bloquer ma carte bancaire. Pourtant, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé des 9,95 € de mon "achat".
De plus, depuis plusieurs mois, l’entreprise me sollicite réguliÚrement pour supprimer mon avis en échange d’un remboursement : les avis positifs sont donc biaisés, car de nombreuses personnes modifient leur retour pour récupérer leur argent.

Warning – the website is misleading: you think you’re purchasing a product, but once the order is placed, you’re unknowingly signed up for a subscription costing €64. After a certain period, canceling becomes extremely difficult. I contacted customer service to cancel, but still had to block my card. Despite that, I still haven’t been refunded the €9.95.
Additionally, over the past few months, the company has repeatedly contacted me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. As a result, the positive reviews are skewed—many people change their feedback just to get their money back.
