Free edition doesn't download playlist. But the premium (paid) edition downloads playlists fast with the right songs and in perfect 320kbps sound quality.

I tried the free edition multiple times to download a playlist with only four songs but always got the same screen:
"Sorry, no download slots are free right now due to high load.
Please try again in a few minutes.
The next attempt will be available in 20 sec.
Premium users are processed with priority."
How to find out whether premium users can download or not? The only way to find out is to pay.
Because the premium edition costs only â¬2 (30 days) or â¬5 (90 days) I paid â¬5 to try this website.
I can say from my experience that this website downloads Spotify playlists with the correct songs and fast. The bitrate is 320kbps, which is practically the same bitrate as the original versions. Hence, there's no difference in sound quality between the Spotify versions and the downloaded versions.
Moreover, you also can change the file name template in any order and with any placeholder(s) you wish. You can chose out of ten placeholders: artist, title, album, year, tracknumber, ^artist, ^title, ^album, ~artist, ~album
Another great feature is that duplicated files from your Spotify playlist are automatically removed.
However, to encourage users to pay, the free edition should work with playlists but perhaps only for a few songs.
I usually don't pay if I don't have proof that software works. Just because it costs only a few bucks I paid, and I confirm that this website downloads songs from Spotify playlists in a perfect way!
