Spotler is a great tool to work with, it's simple, dynamic, and consistently reliable.
The Spotler team always keeps us updated with new features, improvements, and helpful learning resources so we can get the most out of the platform. Ben, our Account Manager, has been fantastic. He is always helpful and supportive with any queries and ensures we’re using the platform as effectively as we can.

Brilliant platform for email marketing with an excellent support team.

Spotler is a great company to work with and the software is simple to use & effective. We have been working with them for several years now. Liv is a fantastic Account Director - always happy to help and support. She translates for me if things get too "techy"!! Our meetings are always fun but productive, and she's always available to help at any other times if needed.

I’ve been working with Spotler and their email and social products for a few years now, and the experience has been great. The platform is really intuitive, integrates with NetSuite and fits perfectly with what we need to achieve. My account manager, Ben, has been fantastic. Responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most out of the product.

We migrated our Lovell Sports brand to Spotler 6 months ago and we haven't been disappointed, so much so we're going to move our Get The Label brand onto the Spotler platform. Very intuitive platform to use and responsive client support.

We have used Spotler for a couple of years now and can't fault the service. Our account manager Ben is always on hand to help and the support we have received when creating new campaigns and automations which have taken a bit of thinking has always been great.

I have been a Spotler client for over six years now, and have onboarded them into three businesses in that time. From the first point of contact, through to their onboarding, account management and customer support teams, their tone is always warm and friendly. They have become a much needed outsourced marketing team support function and I quite frankly couldn't do without them!

The suite of products is always evolving and I love the expert webinars. They have made me think about how to use the platform in a multitude of different ways to not only make life easier for me, but to deliver tangible results too.

Spotler has been great for our marketing emails. It is quick and easy to use, and the team are always a great help whenever required. Jack in particular has been an absolute star helping us - A+

We've seen 50 emails in the past hour across multiple domains advertising services for Clubhouse Sports Media. DKIM signatures point to gatormail.co.uk as the sender, which is a domain belonging to Spotler. The recipients did not opt-in to any of these mailings, Spotler are no doubt scraping data from websites, domain whois and Companies House to build their mailing lists. Sending out spam will not grow your business, it will only damage your online reputation.

We've been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the support from RedEye/Spotler. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and continues to evolve in ways that add real value to our CRM and marketing operations. What truly sets them apart, though, is the level of expertise across the board- from technical support to account management, every interaction has been knowledgeable, helpful, and solution-oriented. Great Company. Great tools options. Always go above and beyond, especially our account Director Daniel P. Tracking, and send campaigns extremely easy, and when we have any things we require assistance on, Danny sorts it immediately. Always keep us in the loop of any changes or things we need to be aware of. Very responsive team, which is what we need and the platform is great to use.

We really enjoy working with Spotler. Kristian, who is our point of contact, is really helpful and very patient (which when working with us is definitely needed!), and the wider team are always quick to support us and helps us solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Mail+ is by far the most user-friendly email tool I have used. The speed of data import is incredibly quick, and the email builder is very friendly to use. Great customer service also - an all-around great experience!
