Saw this service and based on the Trustpilot reviews, I booked and paid for a collection. NOTHING happened - my drycleaning was not collected when booked or the day after. So I called Spotlex and nobody answered so I emailed them and have had no response. It has now been 10 days since the original booking I have heard nothing - are they still operating?

UPDATE: So three months after my review Spotlex decide to reply (below), claim extenuating factors, claim that they contacted me and issued a refund. However they DID NONE of these things so it's all performative to soften an accurate review. Who knows what is going on with this company but give them a wide berth.

These people are fantastic. I have had issues with laundry services in the past and I am so glad I finally found a reliable, friendly company to work with. It's great to have one less job to worry about, and these are people you can trust to handle it for you. Can't recommend highly enough.

Super efficient and good value for money. Picked up my shirt on a Friday evening (the day I ordered) and brought them back on Sunday evening

Very happy with the service provided by Spotlex. This is the first time I have used them and I will certainly do so again. Very useful to be able to get a large, bulky item laundered (it won't fit in my domestic washing machine). From pick-up to return was less than 36 hours. Highly recommended.

Great service! Collection and delivery was quick easy and efficient, I appreciate the time and care taken to clean my clothes, my coat which I got dry cleaned by spotlex came back clean, no creases and best of all smells great will be using this service again in the future thank you for such a great service!

Brilliant service! My pleated dress came back sparkling clean - the white had yellowed, and it is now bright white again, and pleats still perfect too. Very happy! Would recommend.

As a first-time user of this service I wasn’t sure what to expect...but it exceeded my expectations in every way....prompt on-time pickup, delivery at the agreed time, but most of all beautifully ironed bed linen. Happy days...I’ll definitely be using this company again!
