I had an issue with spotting log subscription. When I contacted them about the issue, they sorted the problem out within 1 hour. Their communication with me was most helpful and prompt. I would definitely recommend the website to other plane spotters.

I find Spotting Log a very useful database after my previous one folded, due to illness. It has a lot of good points and you are improving things all the time. Keep up the good work.

Excellent database that has recently been developed with the users ideas and input. I find the database very comprehensive and the platform easy to navigate, for my spotting needs I can’t fault it.

This is one of the best databases out there run by a very professional team
They are able to sort almost every enquiry and do so with speed.

Easy to use, simple entering of your collection, job done

Great piece of software, since the withdrawal of AvDb, shame nobody bought it from the owner Ian Churchill.
Find it easy to navigate, fair subscription rate.
I’d recommend it to any serious spotter.

Great app easy to use have changed to spotting log

The only issue I have is that I'm automatically logged out more frequently than before the updates. Sometimes I am logged out after half an hour of being on. Apart from that , after finding my way around the new set up, all is fine

I’ve been using Spottinglog since 2022 and have been a very satisfied user ever since. It took me a little while to get used to the latest major update, but I have to admit they’ve handled it very well. Feedback on questions, suggestions and issues is dealt very well and promptly. A very satisfied user.

Have tried many logs over the years but this one is by far the best. The new update makes it even better. Currently in the process of transferring all my sightings from 1977 from other databases to this one. Thank you for excellent piece of work.

Best tool out there, and there's a few.
Easy to use, comprehensive break down, easy search system.
One thing though (not their fault) found it impossible to import from Spottingmode despite breaking the file to blocks of a 1000.
So having to manually enter 6,200, but the system itself, top notch, 100% brilliant.
Exceptional.

MORE COMPLICATED AND SLOWER TO ADD SIGHTINGS. WON’T RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS. APP DOES NOT WORK!!
