Quick service and good communication but offered nearly £100 less than quoted, phone was in mint condition with 85% battery life (sent photos to prove this) as had always had a screen protector and cover on it. Sent to Meelie who quoted £2 less than Spring and sent me the full amount the same day. Wouldn’t waste my time with spring again and definitely worth rejecting the offer and sending elsewhere.

Very easy to deal with and the procedure was simple and clear. The only negative is that my phone was valued initially around £335 and they gave me £255. I felt a little pressured as they had my phone and the hassle to get it back and revalued with another company was daunting. So I reluctantly accepted the offer.

This company is the future of recycling tech. Their customer service is paramount and thanks to Tianna going above and beyond for advice and ensuring my items will be delivered together, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

As with other reviews, I sent an iPhone which had been in a case with a screen protector on for the whole time I’d had it and was in perfect condition.

Upon inspection I’m told that the screen and sides “show signs of use” and the quote was reduced by £100. I’m sure that Spring will reply to say there was scratches or marks on the phone but there were none. It was immaculate and the pictures I provided proved this. Makes you wonder why they don’t provide pictures of the so called imperfections they find with the tech report?

I took the reduced offer because frankly I couldn’t be bothered waiting for the return to send it elsewhere but won’t be using Spring again as their service feels disingenuous. Offering a higher price that they have no intention of paying out on unless you send a boxed and unused phone knowing people (me included!) will just end up accepting the lower offer anyway.

I used Spring to sell my iPhone. They sent me a great padded pouch to send my phone in.i sent my phone off, they received it the next day, checked it over, and they offered me the full amount quoted on their website. Payment was received straight away. Great service, great communication. Will certainly use again!

After getting back my iPhone from webuyanyphone.com who told me it was covered in scratches - they offered me £300! It most certainly was not as it always had a screen protector and kept in an Apple case.

I sent the phone straight off to these guys at Spring in the excellent packing they sent. Online valuation was £422. I sent the phone Saturday, they received it today and confirmed it was ‘hardly used’ and offered the full £422. I had the money credited into my bank account immediately.

Excellent company to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am so happy that it took did not long before I got the phone envelope which was real good envelope that had real packaging of my phone and come with prepaid labels for return and security seals and the price of my phone was a bit more then other companies out there and there website is good too all I had to do was to transfer the the funds in to my account and it took no time at all in 2 mins real quick and your on your way.

Pretty good, had some issues with the emails going to spam and they knocked some money off because ‘the screen had sings of use’
Screen was perfect, had been protected with screensavers its entire life but tbh couldn’t be bothered to squibble over a few quid.
They do send a very nice bag out for you to return it in and the whole process is fairly slick, just be prepared for them to knock some value off somehow.

Paid out a lot less (£100 less!) than they said initially! Blamed wear and tear signs on screen and on the sides ….

On the recycle website, it clearly stated good as minor use but the company still reduced the value by £100. It had a new screen about a month ago and was always in a case.

I have recycled tech in the past with various different companies and have been burnt a few times by them lying about the condition of my tech in order to give me a lower price than originally quoted. I did as I always do and went on to comparison sites to find the best price for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, having never heard of Spring I was a little wary but when they sent me a WhatsApp message confirming my order I was impressed as I’d never had this before. I have also never been able to create an account where I can upload photos of my device before sending. The package they sent to send my phone in was unbelievably high quality and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. They tested the device the same day they received it, offered me exactly what I had been quoted and the funds were in my bank account within less than a minute!! Honestly cannot recommend this company more highly and I won’t be using anyone else in the future.

The entire experience with Spring was exceptional. The packaging for my iPhone that arrived in the post was secure, simple to use and well designed. The phone was received, tested and paid out within two days and the website was even easier to use and withdraw my funds.
This is the first time I’ve used Spring, and I’d not heard of them before, but it certainly won’t be the last time I use them, very impressed.
