Terry came to paint my ceilings over Tuesday and Wednesday, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to have around - happy to chat, but also just as happy to get on quietly with his work. I even overslept on the first day and answered the door in a complete state (sweats, messy bun, being dragged downstairs by my dog while apologising 😅), and he handled it with total understanding and professionalism. <3

What really stood out was how trustworthy and respectful he was. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with a spare key, which says a lot. He’s also a dog person, which made a huge difference—my husky immediately felt at ease with him, and that’s not something I take lightly. I even popped out a couple of times and left them alone together! ( Which is honestly the highest praise. )

Terry went above and beyond, noticing and fixing small extra things without being asked, and flagging anything else that might need attention so it could be followed up properly. That level of care and initiative is really appreciated.

Also worth mentioning - ( to me at least ) he was open-minded enough to try a vegan sausage roll from Greggs after a chat and sharing in a couple of vegan jokes (and admitted it was just as good!), which just sums up how easygoing and personable he is. Legend.

Sprint really went the extra mile in servicing our boiler, cleaning and repairing it and sorting out all the issues that previous engineers had left unresolved.
Their engineer was a pleasure to deal with, and explained everything that was required and why it was like that.
Really would recommend them, they deliver a 100% professional service and left us reassured that our boiler was now working properly and was safe.

Aaron was really helpful and friendly. He got the job done very quickly and professionally. There was an issue with the first visit, but they were very kind about it and managed to fit us in later the same day. Cannot recommend them highly enough and the price was very competitive. Thank you!

A very helpful and considerate company to work with. After a very panicky response from our management company we were worried about what we needed to do for our fire door and surrounding glass area would require. They fitted a new door which was beautifully painted off site and so caused little disruption. The closure and key locks were improved. It turns out the glass surrounding the door was fine and on fire inspection passed with no problems. I will happily use this company again.

I thought I’d share this here – the other morning, while walking my dog, I noticed several boilers making the same squealing noise ours had been making.

We decided to call a company called Sprint, one of the business owners lives on the estate and they were brilliant! They came round quickly, were incredibly professional, and sorted out our boiler in no time. Highly recommend them!

Firstly you should ignore the reviews that are clearly about a totally different company!
We have used Sprint for two jobs - firstly to undertake repairs and re plastering to an internal wall, and secondly to fit new kitchen worktops.
On both jobs the work was done to a high standard by extremely helpful tradespeople who were quick, efficient, pleasant and tidy.
Based on this would have no problem recommending them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with...
Owner is a Narcissistic woman who thinks she can keep your money for no reason...

Excellent work by Paul over the last couple of days. So efficient he finished ahead of schedule. Very happy with the result.

From start to finish we were kept in touch with the schedule of works on our house refurbishment. The standard of work was exceptional and we had an instant response to any queries along the way. The work was finished on time and we were 100% satisfied with the outcome. The staff were helpful and pleasant. All the rubbish was continually cleared and the property was left in a clean and tidy state

We had a issue with a 5 story high gutter blockage and broke tiles caused by storm damage. Sprint were fast at going through options to gain access and resolve the issue.

Since moving house last September I have used Sprint Property Services for putting up pictures, and a corner cupboard as well as removing the bath and putting in a walk in shower. They have plumbed in a dishwasher and washing machine. I have been very pleased with the standard of work, the friendly staff and the speed with which they can respond to requests. I would heartily recommend them.

We had Sprint round to replace my father's shower in his bathroom. They arrived on time, did a great job. Tidied up afterwards, Dad was very pleased. Would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring work done in the home. Great !

Rob from start to finish was fantastic, he fitted my roof repair in quickly as it was time sensitive for sale of property. He kept me up to date with what was happening and nothing was too much trouble. They did a great repair for me good as new everything left neat and tidy. Sprint Property recently completed some loft boarding and installed a loft ladder for us. The price was extremely good, the work was fantastic, the guys who did the work were super friendly and no mess left behind as they cleaned up. I have also recommended Sprint to friends and family who have given really positive feedback. Highly recommend the team at Sprint Property.

Contacted letting agent about problem at property.
Waiting week for Sprint to contact myself after several messages from agent expecting Sprint to have already been in contact.
Eventually made contact and arrangement for between 1100-1400 and someone to be in all day.
No surprise but nobody turn up until 1445.
Just when had to leave to get child.
No contact saying running late.
1 star to many to give.

The crew are polite and honest, the management team listen to your requests and oblige speedily to any concerns, overall pleased with the advice given and actions taken on a difficult old Chimney Stack repair/salvage.
