We experienced technical difficulties throughout day 1 on his end. Multiple interruptions due to phone calls/texts on his end.

Instructor was pleasant enough. The content was extensive, although could have been streamlined as we skimmed over several slides due to redundancy.

I do not feel I received the full value of paying for a 2-day course and I did not like that he had me share my screen at the end to watch me submit my review. This is an edited version because I felt pressured to write something only positive and not constructive due to the watchful eyes upon me and my screen.

I took the Lean Six sigma green belt training and it was one of the best experience I had. My instructor knows the topic he was teaching and he went beyond the slides and explained us the real life scenarios which was really helpful to clear the exam. I will definitely recommend Sprintzeal to others.

I am writing this to warn the professional community about my experience with Sprintzeal Inc. regarding a TOGAF certification course.

I paid in full for a package that included a physical classroom session in Houston, USA and exam vouchers for the Foundation and Expert levels in September 2025. Not only did they "bait and switch" the training to a last-minute online session, but they have also failed to provide the exam vouchers I paid for. They got me a trainer based out of India to offer the online classes instead. Whereas the trainer did their best to deliver the course material, Sprintzeal has neither offered me a refund for the agreed certification vouchers. They also should ideally be refunding a component of the funds received since no classroom based training was offered. The trainer was online for the 5 days that the training lasted. Subsequently, for the last several months, they have taken me on a path of deceitful promises for a refund which have not been honoured for almost 6 months now.

To me here was the most alarming part: In a written admission to me recently (in March 2026), Sprintzeal confirmed they are no longer a partner with The Open Group and therefore cannot fulfill the booking of TOGAF vouchers. Despite this admission, they are still refusing to issue a cash refund for the vouchers, offering instead "goodwill" access to an unrelated video library.

I believe this is an unauthorized retention of my funds for a service they are legally and technically unable to provide. I gave them 72 hours to resolve this amicably, and they ignored my formal demand.

I have now informed them that i shall be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Texas Attorney General, and The Open Group's Legal Department regarding their deceptive trade practices and trademark misuse.

STAY AWAY PLEASE especially for classroom instructor-led classes within the USA as well as some specific certifications such as TOGAF, asthey are taking money for certifications they are no longer accredited to facilitate.

The CISSP program with Mandarr was very thorough and educational. He took the time to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to provide additional resources to help prepare for the exam.

I recently completed the PMP certification training with Sprintzeal, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. As someone who works in a fast-paced professional environment, I needed a course that didn't just teach the theory but showed me how to apply project management frameworks to real-world scenarios.

This training, Sprintzeal company is terrible. They scammed me on a CCDE Practical training + Exam. My company paid for training and exam in full. They did the training using an amateur trainer who waisted my time. When they were suppose to send an exam voucher they said they made a mistake because they charged less for the training so the exam was never included, meanwhile their quote, invoice and the Proof of payment included training + exam. My company paid over R100 000 for both training and exam, but to date I have not received the exam voucher these people are fraudsters who are extorting huge sums of money from Companies.

Mandar was an excellent instructor for the AWS Solutions Architect training. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to ensure I understood key concepts. He also provided all the tools and guidance needed to prepare effectively for the exam. I’m really glad I chose to train with him. I haven’t taken the exam yet, but I’ll be sure to update my review after I do.

First of all, it's my first time to do an online curse with human interaction and i can ensure that it has been very interactive and friendly with lot of practical examples like in real life work environment. This really boost my knowledge and my capacity to understand the modules easily.

I recently completed the ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification (March 16–20), and overall it was a great experience.

Mandar Amrite was an excellent instructor—very knowledgeable, professional, and consistently on time. What stood out most was his ability to break down complex concepts and relate them to real-world scenarios. His practical experience made the material much easier to understand and apply, especially for someone looking to implement ISMS in real business environments.

The use of virtual whiteboard demonstrations and clear illustrations really helped reinforce key concepts, particularly around risk management, controls, and implementation strategy. He also did a great job engaging the class and ensuring questions were addressed thoughtfully.

Overall, a very valuable training experience, and I would highly recommend Mandar and Sprintzeal to anyone pursuing ISO 27001 certification.

The class, course materials and Rakesh (instructor) were excellent for the Lead Auditors training.

The course came with a great level of knowledge and this was backed up the the training and knowledge of Rakesh, making it easy to understand and breaking it down into easier chunks so that it sunk in better (especially as it was a 5 day course).

The quizzes were really helpful and really helped put the sections in perspective and so found they were a massive help to bring it all together.

A really good course, delivered to an excellent and helpful standard that didn’t make it as overwhelming as it have been.

The class was great, and I learned a great deal about the topic of the class.
The class instructor was very knowledgeable about the topic and presented things in a very understandable manner. There was an abundance of content presented in a very approachable manner.
The combination of content, questions, and graphs was substantial and well-balanced.
The instructor was well-mannered and accessible, always available to review any topic and to answer any questions. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give the instructor 10 stars. Excellent Class!

It was an awesome experience delivering the CCIE EI technology boot camp. I had the privilege of guiding the participants through technology overviews, lab scenarios, design discussions, and full configurations real lab examples. I hope all the candidates succeed in the real Cisco CCIE EI lab exam.

Overall, the Sprintzeal PMP training was good and helpful for building a solid understanding of PMP concepts. The trainer was friendly, approachable, and explained the topics clearly. However, the course could have been more interactive and better structured, and the overall experience could have felt more polished. Still, it was a useful training overall and helpful for PMP preparation.

From the first time reach out to sprintzeal to complete training, I have had a positive experience. The application process was easy and quick. For the training, I did not expect this to be a 1-1 session, or at most I was informed that it would be a maximum of 3-4 participants and that's a good number. It was definitely an engaging and interactive session. In terms of the content, it was easy to follow and not overwhelming. Give me confidence to continue self-study and hopefully complete the exam.

Enjoyed training, trainer was very knowledgeable and broken down every detail about concepts that I didn’t know.

I feel that the training that I received will help me pass the Security + exam with no problem. I entered the class with little knowledge but now I feel that I understand what is needed how to do it and why it's needed.
Afsar Khan was able to explain the course in a way that I could easily understand and took the time to explain the things I didn't at first.
