Great help received from Jasmine yesterday ,very speedy replies to emails. Cant fault my dealings with her or SP Services.

Can’t thank the team enough!!! Debs has been so good at guiding me and letting me know what would help me start with my own kit.

SP services offers a great range of products, good quality, at a surprisingly good price. And the customer service was also refreshingly great, as my delivery went wrong but they were actively fixing everything for me and got the delivery sorted without me having to worry.

Sithra at SP Services was awesome and sorted my issue of obtaining suitable alternative pads for my AED, when the original item was unavailable. Pads were despatched very promptly and arrived next day. Excellent customer service is standard at SP!!!

I have been loyal to SP services for over a decade for supplies and specifically their ParaBag line.

I have had on occasion sub standard customer service and confusion in the past but recently this has improved and the ordering process has been much smoother.

The quality of kit goes without saying and the delivery is always prompt and really you can’t go wrong with SP for their clinical equipment, consumables or their ParaBag or Donway lines

I made an enquiry this morning, and spoke to Jasmine in Customer Service. She didn't have the answer to my query but promised to email me with an answer, which she did within a couple of hours. I've not actually purchased anything as yet, but hoping to do so in the near future.

Sithra was amazing sorting out an issue with my recent delivery. Arranging collection of the incorrect items and delivery of the correct items in very quick time.
