Very prompt service! Good work team!

Awful service. Ordered some trousers over a month ago and they didn’t arrive so I asked for an update, was informed they would be despatched immediately so again I waited the time frame for delivery and they still had not arrived. Emailed again to ask for a refund as I now needed trousers urgently and was assured the refund had been processed, checked my account after 10 working days and still no refund, AGAIN had to chase them for a refund and was told it had only just been processed and had to wait another 7 days. Quick enough to take your money but reluctant to send your items or give your money back.

Made a small order, which several days after paying they informed me was not in stock. Asked for a full refund and have been ignored for 4 days.

This could have been resolved simply, but now me as the customer will have to be chasing to get the money back for a product they have online but are not selling anymore.

Jasmine in the Customer Service Team was very helpful with my order. I couldn't order online due to my location so she made sure that it was all sorted, the VAT removed and shipping arranged.

I’m pleased with the product but it was Jasmine who was ‘really on it’ when the parcel went missing with DHL. Another was sent straight away. I wish all companies had a Jasmine.

Sithra gave an prompt and effective response to my issue - a defective defib battery was replaced very efficiently. Sithra even followed up with an email prior to delivery with the tracking info and encouraging feedback to check the issue was suitably resolved. Great service!
