Tactical pen is a joke. I ordered ONE and was sent FOURTEEN then told I have to return at my expense for a refund. And my creditcard was charged twice! For $161 +

Do not engage with this company. Last night I bought a book for$37.00. When completing the final part of the transaction yo are told your order isn't through yet. Essentially you are forced to watch a 30 minute upsell video that finally asks you questions. Say no to all and it doesn't matter.

After feeling scammed I wrote the company to cancel my order under threat of filing BBB, FTC, and Attorney General FRAUD complaints. Customer Service wrote me this morning to say that they are refunding BOTH of my purchases. BOTH? I never authorized the 2nd which was for $104.94.

Listening to the 1st. sales pitch gets you to a 2nd, and 3rd. IMHO a starving used car salesman is more ethical. If you've ever been pitched a "Time Share" the sales pitch feels the same.

Do not get scammed. Forget this place.

I Received the book, Alone and Unafraid by Jason Hanson in February. I could have sworn that the book was supposed to have been free. I was charged $10.60 for a book that I frankly don't think is worth the ten sixty I was unexpectedly charged. I've read other complaints and it scares me to think that I could be charged for something else that I didn't order. I did not subscribe to spy briefing. I hope that I do not receive anything else from this scammy company Spy Briefing DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING AND CHARGE ME EVER AGAIN AND IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE SUED.

I am sorry to hear about your experiences with spybriefing.com. I, too, saw their ad on youtube and was interested in learning more, but youtube ads are full of scams. Youtube should be held responsible for the content that they show. But, that's a topic for another time. I am one to do extensive research prior to making a purchase from what could be on the fence between being a legit product or a scam. I had an uneasy feeling about this product and now despise Jason Hansen for claiming to be former CIA and hustling everybody for his own personal gain. He should be charged with a form of treason for scamming his fellow Americans. Anyway, if you have filed a complaint here or about to, I would suggest at taking it a step further and filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General (Truspilot will not allow me to include the link, but you can Google Utah Attorney General and you'll be directed to the official site) if you paid for a product and feel as though you've been scammed. But, please be sure to read the complaint page thoroughly prior to filing your complaint because there are different bureaus to submit your complaint for different reasons. By going through the channels and reporting people like this is our only hope at clearing out frauds like this character. But, it's going to take all of us to make it happen. I called a couple months ago to cancel this I’m still getting charged for it. I want it stopped NOW. I’m contacting my master card company to stop payment to today. When I called she said it would be canceled it didn’t.

This company's recent book package "Gamma Bomb Survival Package" appears like a legitimate survival package to prepare for a Chinese Gamma Bomb attack on the continental United States where the EMP Radiation would totally destroy our infrastructure. What they fail to understand/acknowledge is that the U.S. military has a Nuclear Triad that includes 14 SSBN submarines that are constantly deployed as well as 60 heavy bombers and numerous land based nuclear weapons. The SSBN would not be effected by an EMP attack, nor would all of our bombers (i.e. many are forward deployed), lastly all of the land base nuclear weapons and Command & Control (easily researched in an unclassified search) would not be wiped out. Bottomline is that their statement that there is a 100% probability of a Chinese attack with a Gamma Bomb in 2024 or 2025 is total BS. If the Chinese want to assure their total annihilation by attacking us with this Gamma Bomb, then they would be assuring their own total destruction. These Spy-briefing scammers fail to realize that we are a very educated public that has many individuals with extensive government and military experience who know better. If they just market a survival handbook and/or a home protection handbook they would be much better off.

I would give it a zero rating if possible. There is no customer service, only an answering machine. The information for the amount they charge is NOT worth it. I've canceled twice only to have my cc billed after canceling.

3 Weeks after the credit card was charged, still no delivery of a simple book. I think this is a scam to separate you from your money.

I ordered and received a stilleto blade. From the advertising it looked like it would be true stilleto. Spy briefing substituted a blade with an opening mechanism that is stiff and hard to open.

I attempted to ask customer service how to return the knife for a full refund per their refund guarantee. I contacted them twice 308182 on 2/26/24 and 309660 on 3/1/24. Each time their automated response said the would contact me within several days. Since I still had no response as of 3/11/24. I called customer service. They do not allow a customer to speak with a live customer service representative. You are only able to leave a message that says they will call you back shortly. To date, there has been no return or message from them.

Up until now, I have been a loyal customer, but no longer can recommend this company due non-existent customer service, deceptive advertising, and not standing by their refund guarantee.

I placed a order with this company, received Email from Spie Briefing, my order is being processed, verified by my Credit Union money was taken from my account. Never RECEIVED my Order, after receiving a Email from Spie Briefing LLC my order was delivered. Never RECEIVED !! Amber Brommeland--Spie Briefing Customer Support, I explained money was taken from my account for an Order, I placed. Amber basically LIED to me. I wanted Refund back, Order I placed. Spie Briefing LLC in Utah, United States is a Absolute SCAM & FRAUD to Honest Americans who work for their money every day !! This Jason Hansen calls himself former CIA, His company, This group in Utah, U.S., etc..., ALL Crap !! USELESS Information, His U-TUBE Videos people are watching. Buyers Be Aware !!!

Worthless four pages of useless information for $77+ per month.

This company completely distorts it benefits and usable content. Offers never arrive, content is useless, books and compilations are empty. Is their family picture on their add real? If it is, should be on a wanted poster. Very sad. If members run, if considering do not execute.

This place is a scam I received the useless book for 9.95 and it's useless. Plus They scammed me into buying 4 videos that never came. I sent 3 emails and one phone call. No answers at all. I lost 83 dollars and I'm on disability I can't afford to lose money like this. Plus I'm former Marine. I canceled my whole checking account and debit card. Don't be fooled like me. Do your homework first. This country is in a sad situation to allow all the scams out there to go on. And most scammers are from different country's. Very sad USA to allow other countries to take advantage of us honest people.

Like so many others, I should have done my homework on this company before spending money!! Please learn from my mistake. They will quickly take your money but good luck trying to get your purchase or a response from this scam. Be Warned!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Seems to be a scam. Ordered a "digital book". Ok, I way overpaid, silly me. But another $17 item was tacked on that I did not order. Regardless, the $17 item was never delivered. And I was billed and auto paid for it. Asked for refund, no answer. Info is pretty much free "out there" on the web. My bad. Lesson learned, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

My instincts called it to pause and research to confirm spybriefing.com is a legit company to purchase one of their books. Thank you EVERYONE for submitting your reviews. Saved me money, hassle and disappointment. My husband was a Black Ops for our country and the C.I.A. It angers me knowing that these crooks are announcing their backgrounds as they are!!! Or are they even being honest about that? I know and met former Black Ops., and let me tell you, they will not put Americans through the dishonest and misleading crap this so call "spybriefing" group have. SHAME ON YOU! How dare you use a government background to promote your distasteful products! Who are you really?

They bring you in with the book that you never receive. I did try their food which said it was 80 delicious meals, it turned out to be 8 packages that they say have ten servings in them.. Very misleading. 8 packages for $250...

I ordered the RAT fight book & the RAT fight 2.0 video training but i got HIT 3 months by an $81 per month subscription i didnt order-had a hard time contacting customer service but finally cancelled it but it was like pulling teeeeeeth................

I ordered their"free' book on revolutionary fighting tips at $9.95 plus tax. for this price I expected more than a glorified pamphlet stamped into a cheap book with dark and useless demonstration photos. The book is garbage and besides that, they charged me 11 times for this.
Shame on them for claiming to be former CIA and military men and scamming American citizens!!!
