literally scammers that dont let you cancel hahaha WOWOWOW

Absolutely disgusted with this company. As others have said here, they make it absolutely impossible to unsubscribe and then will continue to charge you even if you ask to stop the service. Had to put a fraudulent claim with my bank because they will ignore you and there is no way of unsubscribing on there site. They said there are "no refunds " according to there policy. So basically you will FOREVER be on there scam site because they will keep ignoring. You. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It's just impossible to cancel the subscription! There's no way of doing it. No button, link, nothing. I sent an email and never got an answer.
Thanks to this forum and all the reviews here, I was able to call my bank before they charge me. Unfortunately, I had do cancel my credit card, but it was the only way to prevent them to charge U$ 147.00

Criminals. They don't provide ANY way to cancel the subscription and they refuse to send a refund when you complain afterwards.

These guys use any self-invented to scam you. Their software is completely useless, you can buy £15/a monthly app that will work a 200% better job. Never sign in to their trial period because they keep charging your card despite canceling your membership. It is not just scamming but it is a real crime. Their 90 % of reviews are negative (1 star), and only 2-3 reviews are 2 stars. There is not a single 5,4 or even 3-star review. Stay away from these criminals. I cancelled my membership but they are still taking money every month. I will charge back through my bank and if they refund my money then I will update this review otherwise I will take serious action against them.

They do everything they can to avoid canceling, even after you send an email requesting it.

To cancel, you have to block your card and call the bank.

I was offered a 14 days free trial and I accepted it. After clicking on the "get your free trial", I was offered two options (6 months and 12 months). I then picked up 6 months as my intention was to get to know the tools and go back in the near future when I am able to afford it (as I am a beginner and cannot pay for it for now).

After 8 days I cancelled the signature and, surprisingly, Spy Hero told me I could not cancel anymore as the plan I picked up does not offer a free trial period.

I sent several emails with much evidence that led to a page where there is a clear offer for 14 days of free trial. I sent videos, prints, presentations, etc.

After many weeks they said that there was really an error from Spy Hero which did not allow me to have access to the promised offer. Then, in the same email, as they confessed there was a mistake, they should cancel the plan with a full refund, right? But this is not what happened.

Even saying that there was a mistake from their site, all they did was offer me some months of free access. I said I cannot pay for it and asked them to return the payment as I had to insert my credit card in the beginning.

Surprisingly, they insisted in giving me some discount instead of returning the payment.

After all attempts, even admitting they were wrong, they still don't want to return the payment.

So unfortunately Spy Hero IS NOT trustable.

I am still waiting for them to be fair and return the payment.

Since their support was useless, I had no choice but to block my card to prevent further unauthorized charges. This is a predatory business practice—they stall you long enough to ensure they can take your money.

If you’re considering using Spy Hero, think twice. Their lack of proper customer support and intentional delays are clear red flags. If you do sign up, be prepared to fight for a refund or go through the hassle of blocking your payment method.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Spy Hero to anyone. Avoid this service unless you want to deal with shady billing practices and ignored cancellation requests.

Be aware of scam businesses. Once you add your credit card, there is no way to cancel your subscription. You have to send an email, which they will use to buy more time—your free trial will end, and they will charge you, claiming a "no refund policy." I asked to cancel my subscription five days before it ended, and they still charged me! I have already opened a dispute with my bank, and I will also call them to ensure they are not allowed to process any further charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. Save your money and your sanity.

• SpyHero shows active ads but doesn’t provide crucial details like ROI or profitability. Many of the ads I tested didn’t deliver results because they were in the early testing phase or later deleted by advertisers.

2. Expensive with Limited Value:

• At $149/month, I expected more actionable insights. Despite spending less than $1,000 testing ads I found on SpyHero, I didn’t see meaningful results. For someone on a tight budget, the subscription cost felt like an unnecessary expense.

3. Unreliable Data:
• Many ads displayed on SpyHero appear to be in the early stages of testing, making it hard to determine which ones are actually profitable. Some advertisers also delete and re-test ads, adding to the confusion.

4. No Guaranteed Success:

• While SpyHero claims to save time and money, it doesn’t guarantee results. You still need to spend a significant amount on ad testing, which didn’t work for me given my limited resources.

Final Thoughts:

SpyHero might be more beneficial for experienced marketers with larger budgets, but for smaller budgets like mine, it didn’t provide enough value. I ended up canceling my subscription after realizing the results didn’t justify the cost.

If you’re considering SpyHero, be aware that it’s just a tool—it won’t guarantee success. For now, I’ll focus on free alternatives like the Facebook Ad Library and organic traffic strategies, which are more sustainable and budget-friendly.

SCAM. When they would not cancel the service, I was stuck with the $1197 fee. To my surprise, the AUTO renewed for another $1197. I am on month 3 trying to get it back. The credit card company keeps trying to refund it, but SpyHero sends information that it was turned on.

WARNING to others - document that the auto-renewal is off.

This is the worst experience I've had in my life. I signed up for free trial, and I couldn't cancel it. Support just doesn't care. Stay away from these scammers and their software, they just want to rob you and couldn't care less.

DO NOT deal with this company or their software! They make it near impossible to cancel the free trial. I sent them an email to cancel 21 days into the 30 day trial. They sent me an offer to pay for 6 months in advance for a 20% discount (over $700). I understand why they try to maintain their trials but I declined and have since emailed them 4 additional times asking them to cancel the subscription which they have NOT done nor have they responded. I will certainly be addressing this with my bank but be warned - do not take them up on a free trial! It's extremely difficult to cancel.

After the 2 week trial I was ready to can this application. There is a lot of useful information if you actually manage to find any current, relevant ads. But the problem is there are many, many ads missing from the platform. Popular products I was searching that were ranking as the highest sellers only had 1 to 3 recent ads to display and rarely updated, how is that even possible? I couldn't even find my own or friend's successful YouTube ads that had been running several weeks on the platform. Ads should be plentiful if products are being flogged by hundreds of sellers daily yet there were hardly any successful campaigns to view for the popular products I was interested in. Making the service essentially useless to me.

I stupidly forgot to cancel before getting charged US$147 after the trial. A big hit with our currency. I messaged their customer support straight away and asked to cancel. They offered me a month for free to stay on and keep trying out their service. I agreed because I thought it might get better. It didn't. And because life gets in the way sometimes, I once again I forgot to get in touch to cancel the sub. Another slug of approx. AU$220.

I got in touch with their customer service the same day the payment was due and deducted – and asked if they could please refund the payment as it had just gone through. They couldn't give a sh-t and referred me to their no refund policy.

These guys are clearly only interested in grabbing your money and not whether their service is providing you any value. If they stood behind their product, they wouldn't have such a draconian refund policy.

I'm pissed because I have wasted $440 on absolutely nothing. If I'd received just a kernel of value out of this product, I'd let it slide, but the fact that I paid so much money for something so useless is grating. And the fact that they couldn't refund a payment that went through the same day I made the request, when I clearly haven't used any of their service and have indicated that I won't use it, let's me know exactly what these people are all about.

So as a return middle finger to Spy Hero, I'm leaving this review to dissuade anyone I can from joining this money grubbing and ultimately useless service. So unless you enjoy flushing your money down the sh-tter, do yourselves a favour and give these guys a huge miss.

This company revoked my access and deducted $217AU dollars. Keep away from "spyhero". These guys are scammers bigtime. Iam surprised clickbanks connected to them.Keep right away from their shinny website. I have informed my bank to stop this payment going through. If it does, I will come back here and post screen shot as proof of its sneaky practice.. and I've lost interest of its B.S . Here's an update one day after I mentioned it here. They informed me that there is a no refund policy on the site. As for the unsubscribe tab, there's none on it's dashboard. Obviously you will need to inform them while locked outside of it with your card being deducted prior to all this which is a day before. My point is the way this is been setup gives them the right to deduct anyone regardless whether you in or out while not giving members the option to unsubscribe if they need to. This whole thing is setup to trap everyone in A sneaky strategy to make money from people. They have the nerve to even send me a "Magic link" with the invoice of $147. You make your call with these guys before joining them. Horrid experience.
