There should be more characters for the explanation

I am compelled to write this review after an incredibly disheartening experience with Squabble, a software service that not only failed to deliver on its promises but also left me $700 poorer and utterly frustrated. My ordeal over the past three weeks with Squabble has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by non-existent service delivery, ghost-like customer support, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Non-Delivery of Services

The core issue with Squabble is its absolute failure to provide the services I paid for. When I signed up, I was enticed by the array of features and support Squabble advertised. However, three weeks have elapsed since my payment was processed, and I have yet to see any of the promised services materialize. This lack of delivery is not just disappointing; it's unacceptable for any service, let alone one that charges a substantial fee of over $700.

Ghostly Customer Support

Adding insult to injury is Squabble's appalling customer support. In my attempts to seek answers and assistance, I have reached out multiple times via emails, phone calls, and even through their social media platforms. Each effort to engage with them has been met with a deafening silence. There's been no acknowledgment, no response, and certainly no resolution offered. It's as though my requests for support are being sent into a void.

Financial and Professional Setbacks

The financial implications of this debacle are significant. Investing a hefty sum into Squabble, I expected a professional service and at least basic customer support. The lack of transparency and communication from Squabble is deeply concerning. It feels like a case of taking the money and running, without any intention of delivering the promised services.

Moreover, this situation has adversely impacted my professional plans. I depended on Squabble's services for critical aspects of my projects. Their failure to deliver has not only caused me financial loss but also project delays and reputational damage.

Conclusion

In summary, my experience with Squabble has been a complete letdown. The absence of service delivery, coupled with non-existent customer support and the significant financial loss, makes it impossible for me to recommend Squabble to anyone. To those considering Squabble for their software needs, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are numerous services available that genuinely value their customers and fulfill their commitments. Based on my experience, Squabble is certainly not one of them, and I caution potential customers to steer clear of this service.

Very easy to file paperwork.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They charge you for a package that includes an “attorney drafted letter”. This letter is a generic form that you have to spend time working on to change this and that - it would probably take you a few hours. It is a form that can be found on Google for free. When you sign up for the bottom package, you are given the option to sign up for an upgrade at a later time, but once you pay for the bottom package, the upgrade is significantly more expensive in an email. You do not have the option on their site to upgrade. I was asked for $70 more rather than $35 more. If you are to upgrade, it does not include process serving, they try to charge me an extra $200 for that. I asked for my $60 back and they told me no refunds. I figured this would be a way to save me some time and energy but instead it created more of a headache. I would be better off, going down and filing this myself and sending my own demand letter. I definitely would not recommend this company.

squabble was very easy. i had a court date today and receivred a favorable judgment for $12,500 in tx. I run an iron welding company. staff was courteous and kind; every simple and I KNOW nothing about the law.

This is a scam. They took my money, ignored me for months, then billed me for hundreds of dollars for 'court fees' after I'd already explained that I qualified for fee waivers, being on a fixed income. They ignored me again, never filed anything. I filed with the BBB and they invoked their no refund, no matter what clause. In between these fraudulent acts, I received two 'apology' letters for delays and failure to act in a timely mannner. Didn't matter. My money is gone and they're still banging on my door for more money. This was a small claims suit, and I could have done it entirely online myself (now I know). They're demanding that I go get notarized signatures, etc. I'm homebound, and this was not explained to me up front, so it's problematic. Be very careful and make sure they explain step by step, in writing, all that is required of YOU before moving forward. Even so, they will make things up as they go along, and they will always be right, you will never be wrong. Update: They sure do respond to criticism! Lies. I spoke with the court assistance program in Utah, and no notary is required when you’re pro se. Nothing else they’ve said is worthy of a response. I’ll believe the refund when I’ve seen it. They have 'authorized' a refund and claim that they are most interested in seeing that I get my case to court. I'm so grateful.

My contractor was taking an inordinate amount of time to complete my job. I was recommended to Squabble which was easy to navigate. They orocessed my claim quickly and a resolution settlement was done in the amount of $5,200. Would recommend Squabble.

hi im maribelle, Just got my case accepted and case number with court date. their app was very easy. bought the case assessment package and received a reallhy detailed overview of what the law is like and what to bring. im impressed so far

Why pay for legal services to have a template you pulled from the internet? Don’t you think people would have sent their own demand letter without buying your template you damn thieves? Then you sell court documents that I could also get and filled out myself. Then you demand a $95 filing fees at my local court when it is $70. You are scammers not attorneys.

I used Squabble to sue my landlord because he refused to give me back my security deposit. We ended up settling and I received $1,300 of my security deposit without ever having to go in front of a judge. Highly recommend Squabble.

I sued my kitchen remodeler for crappy work and got $7700 in money from settling without having to get hearing date!

I mean it was easy so we will see how the process goes!

5 Stars easy and straightforward and fair price

I have to admit I was scared as hell but I knew I was being taken advantage of by this apartment complex and I wanted a chance to tell my story in court Im a disabled veteran and I'm finally at a point via various veteran agency back on my feet my credit is important to me and I'm working to get it back on track so I truly thank you for your help

I haven’t heard from them in almost 2 months since filing in the court. Very disappointing and not able to call them and find status due to time constraints.

I gave this company $320.00 to basically throw my money away. They have terrible communication about details between you and the court. You are hiring them to guide you but there is no communication. My case was dropped by the court after they filed so I had to go and file the case myself and pay over again. They are a pretend to help you but all they want is your money.

I had a small claims issue with my landlord and wasn't sure what to do about it. Hiring a lawyer wasn't in my budget. A friend told me about these guys and I saved enough money using Squabble that I took my buddy out to dinner to thank him! Great value and return on your time.
