It's possibly the worst-- nay-- it is without a doubt, the absolute worst payment gateway existing anywhere on the planet. Even worse than Skrill. It's been 3 years since I received a payment with SquadCo that has never been credited to me. Rather, the they keep sending a flimsy google form to collect the most intrusive information, this is despite already providing your business registration documents. Imagine mandatorily asking for a business social media account and website before payment they received can be credited to them. What on earth does your social media account have to do with anything? What If the business doesn't have a website? You deny them legitimate income because it was paid through your gateway? I've only accorded this platform 1-star, but only because it's impossible to give ZERO. Do not go near this product if you're a serious business.

The company is an absolute Fraud. If you want to pay on a website and you see Squadco and the processor, run ooooo! I paid a merchant that delivered nothing and I requested chargeback 5 times and it was rejected.

Big scam I paid for a service using squad and wasn’t given the service I wonder why Glo is associated with them

I have come to update my previous review. 2 weeks have come and gone and this useless company have not done anything about it. The money is still stuck. I have promised to continue to give reviews on this page until they act. It may be insignificant but I trust that someone will see this some day and avoid doing this company like a plague.

Very useless service. My money (200k plus) has been stuck with them for more than 6 months. They refused to approve my KYC. Every time they come up with new requirements and when I supply it they ignore me. AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE. I wish I came online before using them at all. If there could be a negative feedback I would have given them. They don't deserve 1 star.

Will never do business again with this company. I made payment to someone since October last year, they double pay the person. I worked tirelessly to ensure the money was refunded finally January this year. After collecting their money they reported my account as fraud and got court order to freeze my account going to 3 weeks now. After contacting them , they requested for the receipt of payment, after sending them both the receipt of payment and bank statement of the person that got the payment, they stopped replying my messages and taking my calls, only for them to reply me yesterday that they have sent the receipt to their fraud team for confirmation. Till now no response. I don't know if it will take 1 year to confirm transaction.

Terrible payment app, they don't stick to their SOP and their customer service can ignore you for Africa. They have kept my monies for 36 and 18 days respectively, raising new issues every week. Once I supply the requested info, they'll ignore me for days.

Currently, one of the settlements has disappeared from my dashboard without me getting value for it.

If you really want your business to grow Please don't use this company they are zero full of scams, seriously they don't care about any like their mother bank GTCO

I advise not to use Squad for your business payments, app and website always have glitches, I've been unable to transfer funds from my account for 7 days, support has not been responsive to help fix the issues, the app and website keeps showing internal server error and failed transaction, it also shows payout disabled contact support. On top of it, Support does not respond, seems like they don't know what they are doing.

Avoid this useless Payment solution.

Teams and management are set of unserious fellows.

Customer care zero, management policy useless.

No reply to the email and no one is picking up calls after asking banks to restrict all our accounts just because they were having issues with their system.

I was paid on Friday, Saturday and Monday, up till now I didn't receive the credit alert. I have sent messages to the team and no response at all. This is bad!!!

Am here for saving my money

squadco.com is a fraudulent online payment gateway based in Nigeria. Our organization Helpers Foundation donor donated $480 for our proposed campaign on 21st June 2023, but to this moment we have not received the fund. Our donor transaction Id: SQHELP9438451764184

Avoid using this payment gateway at all costs, as they have been withholding my funds as a merchant for the past 15 days. Despite providing all the requested documents, they have stopped answering my calls and ignoring my emails. Their customer service is unprofessional, and they have failed to fulfill their promises. The latest response I received from them was a commitment to get back to me within a few hours, but I have yet to hear from anyone. It is highly advisable to steer clear of this payment gateway as they engage in fraudulent activities.

They withheld over 1.2 million naira (1600$) of my settlements as a merchant and they have refused to pay after so many emails, this people are absolutely scam and are a growing scam company, run away from them , please run !!!

I'm updating this review from 1 star to 4 because my concern has been addressed.

My initial opinion from experience
Terrible service!
We signed up for this company based on a recommendation by GTCO, as the bank claimed a relationship with this company. At first, I was ecstatic, but my staff warned that we should start with a smaller payment to see how their service works.

I reluctantly agreed because I was happy that we finally have a Nigerian bank offering international payment solutions to local businesses. This turned out to be the worst service because at first they were giving different excuses, including requesting that we verify an already verified account, which we did. The next excuse was that we had to wait 10 business days. We waited. Next excuse, we received an email from Tonia stating that they need a GTCO USD bank account or we pay N6,000 for them to add correct UBA account info, and truth be told, there was nothing wrong with the UBA account.
We decided to provide them with a GTCO USD bank account, but then they went muted for two days, not responding to emails again. I finally called, and Tonia told me we were going to receive the payment within 48 hours and that she had just updated the account details to GTCO.

Long story short, it is now 3 days, and I checked my squaco.com dashboard and can see the bank name is showing UBA, not GTCO.

We sent emails and received no response. My recommendation is to just avoid the company.
