Good company - Easy to deal with

Placed two orders with this company from outside the UK. Both were reasonably priced parts which were sent DDP (Delivered duty paid) which is important to those of us in the EU as it means that orders arrive with no extra charged. The shipping time was very fast and tracking made easy. Would have no difficulty using them for future orders.

I would put zero but the lowest you can put is 1. Bought bearings ad clearly stated they were for my motorcycle and for my year of motorcycle, they did not fit were mikes out yet Tom point blank refuses a refund even though he is clearly breaking distant selling laws by misadvertising product. Arrogant would not touch this amateur out fit ever again and would advise anyone considering purchasing from them to walk away.

Bought a Honda CBF600SA clutch cable from them, it snapped in two months, was stranded on the road today because of this

La bobine HT livrée rapidement et bien emballée est en fait une bobine HT adaptable nécessitant de fabriquer ses entretoises et de tordre la plaque de fixation de la bobine pour la loger tant bien que mal. Le service clientèle trouve normal de ne pas le préciser, que le client fabrique ses entretoises et exclut tout remboursement l'indiquer, de ne pas les fournir et a exclu tout remboursement.
