Disgraceful. You should hang your heads in shame. How dare you have the audacity to ask me. I vent my loathing upon you. I ordered a set of chess pieces over a year ago. You were prompt enough to take my forty pounds and in return, you have only given me empty promises. Countless correspondence and apologies and nothing done.I put it to you, that you are liars and have committed an act of theft upon me. Hang your heads in shame. Shame be upon you.

In general I like playing on the board but what I don’t like is the Information LED going in the red when I’m attempting to play a legal move. It is has happened several times. It’s as if the board is buggy or the computer doesn’t accept my good captures like Qd8xg5 which was good and legal move. The Pro board definitely needs a firmware upgrade. Can a firmware upgrade be down?

Just getting started but it has renewed my interest in Chess!

The chessboard is awesome!! Really like playing on automated chessboard. It has increased my love towards the chess.
Their customer support are quick to resolve the issue.

Prices move good and it works well

This product does not work I had this product a month and it doesn't work like they say it work it came damaged not damaged with physically but the AI doesn't work properly so that's my concern when I play against the AI it just doesn't function properly

After over 25 years away from the game the AI has helped me improve faster then I ever imagined. It also enabled me to play interactive games with my young nephew who lives many hours of drive time away.

Nothing was done. Ticket was closed and nothing was fixed or communicated.

At first I was a little sceptical about the product as in their website it was written "pieces move on their own".I wanted to gift my husband this smart chessboard as he is a chess enthusiast. When he played his first game, we were WONDERSTUCK when we saw the opponents pieces move automatically on the board! I would definitely recommend this board to all.

Very nice boards, I’m going to enjoy my experience with both of them.

I was really disappointed when my first board did not work. Yet the Square Off people made it right. Now if only my playing was as good as the Square Off board! Time will tell😁

Magical gameplay experience.
And the fact that they added 3rd parties like Chess.com & Lichess is helpful for me to keep playing on my favourite service using the board.

The one thing that intrigued me the most was the automation feature of the chess board, at first u was a little skeptical about the board but after experiencing it my all doubts were gone, keep up the good work Square off .

The Square Off PRO is an amazing product!

I was very impressed with the automated movements. Customer service has been very nice. They guided me to purchase the right product for me. Accessories are also of very premium quality. Overall very happy

The products are really innovative. Although my order took a bit more time to be delivered but the product was totally worth the wait. Love placing chess with my grandpa in other state.

Pathetic. Never go for it. Multiple issues. No response from support

Ordered the Neo board in July 22, said arrival would be Nov 31st. Day came and gone and got an email that said "its worth the wait...its coming". Fine. It was In Jan when I started emailing for updates that support went silent. Asked for a refund. No response. Chat support always gave me the run around and said they would have to forward me to their support team to reach out to me...which never happened. Threatened to contact my bank. No response. Finally posted on all their social media accounts this was fraud...and the wealth of comments finally caught their attention and they refunded my order.
