Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're truly sorry your product arrived in a condition that required this much effort and still didn't work as it should. That is not the experience we want for any of our customers, regardless of the price point.

Our team has reached out several times by email and phone to learn more and make this right, but we haven't been able to connect. We would still very much like to help. Please reply to our email or contact our support team directly at your convenience so we can review the issue and find a solution for you.Read more

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We're so glad Joel was able to help perfect your image and that the final sign turned out great. We're sorry for the confusion around the carrying case, and we'll look into the listing to make sure it accurately reflects what's included. Thank you for the honest review. We truly appreciate your kind words about the print quality and your constructive feedback on the stand.

We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations, especially considering your previous setup. Our tabletop banners are designed for lightweight, stationary use, but we understand that portability and durability are key when you're on the road. We’re always looking to improve, and your feedback helps guide those decisions.

It was a pleasure speaking with you, and we hope to assist with future projects that better suit your needs.Read more
