Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sri Lanka. Es wurde alles vorher super von Nishani geplant und gebucht. Auch eine spontane Umbuchung war ohne Probleme und kostenfrei möglich. Wir hatten sehr schöne Unterkünfte. Hervorzuheben ist unser Fahrer Rukmal. Wir haben so viele tolle Tipps bekommen und er hat uns sicher durch das ganze Land gefahren.

We were driven around Sri Lanka for 12 days by Sampath who with his expert knowledge and friendly personality made this adventure a very memorable experience.
Sampath and ourselves discussed a variety of topics while driving between destinations and he was quick to point out items of interest and importance along the way.
Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and Sampath was the perfect person to introduce us to this wonderful place.
Sampath himself is very courteous, polite, punctual, friendly and easy to get along with and we would highly recommend him as a guide/driver.

We chose the company after assessing the good reviews. The company proposed a journey based on our preferences of itinerary, accommodation and style. They were fast, accurate and provided an attractive quote. When we proposed destination changes they quickly provided alternative accommodation sometimes requiring minor quote variation. We were provided details of our driver Ashoka and all was set. He met us at the airport and took care of us for the next two weeks. His van was clean and comfortable and he was always punctual. Very pleased with experience at all levels.

Ashoka Dissanayaka was our drvier for a 14 day tour of Sr Lanka. There were 4 people in our party and Ashoka was a very knowlegable, considerate and supportive guide and excellent driver who made our tour a great experience. He was proud of his country and showed us a great time.
We would highly recommend him.

We had a busy itinerary for a 9 day visit to Sri Lanka at the end if March and decided to look for a driver guide and ended up going with Sri Lanka Driver guide and i’m so glad we did as the driver they provided , Ranush, was an absolute legend!

Ranush has 10 years of experience as a guide and this showed in all aspects of out time with him. His English is excellent and his knowledge of Sri Lanka as brilliant which meant we learnt a lot from him that we may not have otherwise.

Not only does he know his ‘stuff’ he is also very well connected with safari drivers and even managed to reserve seats for us on the boat for whale watching.

All in all our trip would not have been the same without Ranush!

Amazing trip! We can’t recommend CK enough! He went above and beyond and made the trip so special from knowing all of the best spots (including some hidden gems like waterfalls along the route) to helping us to craft our itinerary to make it the perfect trip!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, unvergessliche Zeit auf Sri Lanka! Die Tour war top organisiert und unserer Fahrer Prasal war der beste, den man sich vorstellen kann! Sein Auto war in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber.

Er ist sehr erfahren, spricht sehr gut Englisch, hat ein tolles Zeitmanagement, gibt viele interessante Infos und tolle Tipps.

Wenn wir irgendwelche Wünsche oder Anliegen hatten, sei es ein spontaner Besuch bei einem Wasserfall oder irgendwelche Snacks für unterwegs (Kokosnuss, Jackfrucht, Achcharu), ist er immer darauf eingegangen und hat versucht, alles zu erfüllen.

Er ist ein freundlicher, ehrlicher Mensch, dem man voll und vertrauen kann. Wir hätten uns keinen anderen Fahrer/Guide wünschen können und empfehlen ihn von Herzen weiter. Wir haben uns in die Insel verliebt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

We spent 5 days being driven around Sri Lanka by Mohammed and loved every minute of it. He is very knowledgeable, and took us to some great places that were not on our radar (oh, the elephant sanctuary!). We also appreciated his flexibility and his willingness to adjust to our needs on the fly. We would highly recommend Mohammed as a driver/guide.

Our driver was Mahesh.

He had a neat bus where there was enough space. He knew very well where good restaurants were. We could tell him what we wanted and he knew a restaurant where we could eat that. He was super friendly to our daughter. She was also really crazy about him. Even when we were sick, he helped us well and really thought along. Always looking for solutions. In addition to being a driver, he was also a real guide and knew what to say everywhere. Nothing was too much for him. He was also always easily accessible via whatsapp. We were with him from February 19 to March 8, 2026.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sri Lanka Driver Guide and our driver Indika489 who was fantastic.
From the very beginning of my communication with this company to find a driver they were wonderful. Sinthu was super helpful with our itinerary and things we will want to see in the time we have. We did a 6 day trip from Colombo to Sigiriya, to Kandy, to Ella to Yala and then back to Colombo.
We booked a year in advance and they were super responsive to all questions we had as we planned our trip.
Our driver Indika was amazing. His English is fantastic, he is super personable and funny, a very good and calm driver and super knowledgeable. He knew all the off the beaten track places to stop for the most wonderful fresh fruit and food. He stayed until after check in at all our destinations to make sure we were looked after. He went out of his way to take us to other places we wanted to see on the way. Truly a great guy and we are privileged to have a new friend in Sri Lanka. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

We had an amazing experience with our driver Derick in Sri Lanka. From the very beginning, he was professional, kind, and always punctual. He made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

The driving was safe and comfortable at all times, which is very important on Sri Lankan roads. He was also very helpful with recommendations – from temples and viewpoints to great local restaurants and coffee stops.

What we appreciated the most is how flexible and patient he was. He adjusted the itinerary to our needs, never rushed us, and always made sure we were comfortable and happy.

We had an excellent experience with our driver, Umesh. He was consistently on time, highly professional, and very friendly throughout our journey. His deep local knowledge and insights into the region’s history made every stop more meaningful. One of the highlights of our trip was Sigiriya Rock, which he brought to life with fascinating historical stories (very Game of Thrones!) and helpful guidance. Umesh also shared tips and ideas that enhanced our itinerary beyond expectations. His warm personality and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. We highly recommend Umesh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable driver.

We used this company for a 17 day tour of Sri Lanka, they have proved to be professional, friendly and efficient.

Krishan has been a wonderful companion during our first trip to Sri Lanka.
He was a confident and calm driver in the sometimes challenging traffic. He was reliable and punctual, and kept his car in a great condition, which made our journey very pleasant and comfortable. He was respectful, positiv and always had a smile.
Beyond being a good driver, he was passionate about his country. We had a basic itinerary and a rough idea on what we wanted to see. Krishan, with his local knowledge, guided us along the way and helped organising, which made our trip very enjoyable and relaxing.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Und unvergessliche Rundreise mit unserem Guide Anu. Von Beginn an wurden wir liebevoll mit Blumenketten in Sri Lanka empfangen. Von Sigyria bis nach Tangalle hat uns Anu in die faszinierende und atemberaubende Welt Sri Lankas eintauchen lassen. Wir haben zB viele beeindruckende Tempel besichtigt, haben einheimisch gekocht und sind Berge erklommen um spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge sowie Aussichten zu genießen. Es gab immer viel zu lachen und zu erzählen, denn Anu ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener und empathischer Mensch, den man nur in sein Herz schließen kann. Ebenso seine bezaubernde Frau und die 2 Söhne haben das Herz am rechten Fleck. Sie haben uns zu sich nach Hause zum Essen eingeladen wo wir einheimische Köstlichkeiten bekommen haben. Ich würde Anu zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke Anu für jeden Moment den wir mit dir gemeinsam erleben durften. Mach weiter so du bist ein toller Mensch. Ein großer Dank geht auch an Navodya die uns unseren Guide zugeordnet hat und mit uns von Beginn der Planung in Kontakt geblieben ist. Ebenfalls eine herzensgute Frau, die weiß wie man mit Kunden bzw. Touristen umgeht.

Our trip was really easy to book and communication was great. Our driver, Chanaka, is a legend. Turned up on time (mostly early) every time and nothing was ever a problem. He was great with our small children and has excellent local knowledge - he made our ‘travel days’ fun through suggesting activities along the way, and always had restaurant recommendations for us. He was also happy to answer all of our questions about Sri Lanka. I highly recommend him, he’s a neat guy.

The van was also great and we made use of the car seats available to hire.

Nous avons réalisé un voyage de deux semaines accompagné de Eranga. Nous avons passé un merveilleux voyage et vus des paysages magnifiques !

Un grand merci à notre chauffeur Eranga; il a été super, très gentil, serviable, à l’heure et de bons conseils. Toujours de bonne humeur. Notre guide nous a fait découvrir différents lieux auquels nous n’avions pas pensé, offert différents fruits pour les découvrir et goûter.

De plus la conduite a éte très agréable, on s’est sentis en sécurité à tout moment malgré la circulation compliqué à certains endroits

Wir waren 16 Tage mit Ranush auf Sri Lanka unterwegs -u und hätten uns keinen besseren Fahrer und Begleiter wünschen können. Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei ihm sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Er fährt sehr umsichtig, kennt das Land sehr gut und hat uns zu vielen wunderschönen,oft auch versteckten Orten gebracht, die wir alleine nie entdeckt hätten.
Neben seiner Professionalität schätzen vor allem seine Herzlichkeit, seinen Humor und seine Zuverlässigkeit. Mit Ranush haben wir unglaublich viel erlebt,gelacht und viel über das Land und seine Kultur gelernt. Er war nicht nur unserer Fahrer, sondern wurde für uns zu einem echten Freund.

For 12 days we were lucky to have Nimesh as our driver. He made our visit to Sri Lanka extra special. He is very professional, punctual and reliable. His recommendations were always great. His knowledge of his country is exceptional (all aspects of culture, history, geography, and food) coming from a deep love of Sri Lanka.
He is an intelligent and sensitive person who gave us a very personalised introduction to this land.
We can’t recommend him highly enough and would choose him right away if we could come back some day.
