Great, flexible with appointment times

Stuart is quick. The sort of speed you only get with lots and lots of experience. A good job well done and only using original manufacturers parts

The engineer rang me beforehand and talked through the options; arrived on time on the day, completed the work efficiently, and tidied up. Happy.

Good at his job & a very nice man

Easy to set up appointment. Good communication from the office. Easy to change the appointment date. Engineer arrived at the agreed time. He did an excellent job in fixing the machine, with good communication about what was wrong etc. Good alive. V happy!

Rapid response, effective work

My w/machine had a programming fault which Stuart sorted out in minutes. He did not try to blind me with science and showed me what to do if the fault reoccurred. I was glad that this was not a major issue and was happy to pay for the callout.
