Books with wings
From France, I contacted a number of school bookshops in recent months inorder to order some books etc. The postage of most were more than the order itself and I eventually checked to see was Stakelums on line. I used this shop in Thurles as a teacher many the time on a visit home from Strasbourg...and they were always delightful, allowing me behind the counter to rummage away. Well, they were on line, much cheaper postage, a very efficient and friendly service from Robert and Emily. Well done Stakelum's and Thurles.

First of all, apologies if you have received the wrong product. After investigating the issue, it seems that the outer color of the pencil might be different from the one illustrated in the picture that you may have seen when ordering the product. However, other than that, they are the same pencil. Thank you for your feedback. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime.

When I sent mail asking about the status of my purchase, I received very quick answer and they also asked my opinion how those items can be delivered. I didnt know this site and I landed in this site just thru goggle so I wasnt sure how the support would be. But after the first reply I was very much impressed.
