If I could give this company 0 stars then I would! Nothing was mentioned prior to booking about a £20 fee to meet them at all! It was all mentioned in an email after booking! And to cancel they keep £20 booking fee! I see how they make their money 💰 avoid avoid avoid!!

Do not use SC Psrking Ltd when parking at Stansted airport. I booked my car through CYP which use SC Parking. I had to wait last night for an hour for them to bring my car back to me. This is supposed to be meet and greet! I also had to pay £10 so the driver could get out of the carpark with my car when I arrived and £13 to exit on departure. Another customer waited two hours for her car and was raging. I’m not sure where my car was parked whilst I was on holiday but it came back very dusty. The telephone operators speak broken English so difficult to understand each other. Worst experience ever of parking spoilt the end of a relaxing holiday. Expensive parking when you add on the orange carpark exit and entrance fees on top of the SC parking charges

Would not use as the total cost is not explain they just mentioned the drop off and pick up cost need to be paid . But it is an extra £26 so most of the other operator are cheaper.

The short window to pay for a drop off and pick up is criminal. If you don't pay within the day after parking you are issued with a penalty notice. I'm sure I'm not the only one to forget to pay after a long journey home. There should be a tap and pay at the exit, rather than a system used to systematically top up already extortionate parking charges. I wonder what the average parking charge is once you include the fines. I'm sure that isn't published!!

S C Parking fail to mention that when going into the Orange Carpark - where you drop off/pick up your car from, you have to pay the £10 charge (each time) - adding an extra £20 to your overall fee!!!!! I also waited 45 minutes, in the rain and cold, late in the evening, for them to arrive with my car (a single woman)! I wouldn't call that a MEET & GREET. The driver(s) had no people skills and my car arrived filthy dirty outside, obviously parked on a muddy field with muddy footprints also on the passenger side??? Will NEVER use their service again.

Better than dealing drugs or smuggling tobacco, all you have to do is….. get a title, London Airport, and you can steal money LEGALLY.

Stansted parking managed by Apcoa is designed to generate parking charges for greater revenue.
They do not allow you to pay later than 24 hours if you forgot. No barriers, to force you to pay on site, no cashiers or pay machines.
They force you to either park in the road to pay immediately, but they expect you to just forget and deal with a £100 fine instead.

It is time for the government to handle this day light robbery.

Driver was half an hour late so we missed our missed flight. They apologised but I am still chasing for a refund after a month. they ignore my emails, I am now escalating to small claims court. An absolute shambles, do not use these cowboy operators.

DO NOT USE! Technically a meet & greet service but be prepared for extra charges at both drop off & collection as well as waiting almost an hour in the cold to get your car back after a long flight!
A scam firm deliberately trying to masquerade as the real thing and causing chaos for all concerned…

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. My Car DAMAGED and no response from the company after numerous emails and calls. Got some quotes and it’s going to cost me £300 to fix

My car has been hit whilst in the car park, they have taken no responsibility and no help or any assistance, I’ve asked multiple times for cctv and they won’t give it to me, I’ve been told it was in the t&cs which over 100 different points. And it states it’s safe and secure! Avoid and definely not worth a fiver let alone £70 to park there! Absolute useless lazy people

Very disappointed with Stansted Mid Stay parking.

I booked and paid in advance for 4 days (£51.99). Unfortunately, I made a small mistake when entering my details and typed my postcode instead of my car registration number.

Despite having a valid paid booking, when I exited the car park I was charged an extra £180. This is completely unfair and unreasonable for a simple human error.

I have tried calling customer service multiple times and sent emails, but nobody answers and I receive no help at all.

The system is not customer-friendly and the lack of support is very frustrating. I would not recommend this parking service to anyone.

Drop off was a joke leave keys on wheel in car park and btw don’t forget to pay the £10 parking fee as driver hasn’t turned up for work. Either this or miss our flight.

Even worse collecting car. Despite giving them 30 mins warning as specified. Rang again to be told it would be another 45 minutes. 75 minutes and counting standing in the rain.
Absolutely the very worst AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Crooks

Avoid this company, damaged my car, tried to fob me off, sending me back to the comparison site. Never replied to any of my emails, despite me contacting them on several occasions.

Booked, paid, got my confirmation and reviewed it the day before we travel.

I called 30 minutes before reaching the airport as instructed and was told to go to orange parking, we arrive there on time and that car park is closed. We then get told to go to the drop off next to the airport so we go there, 25 minutes later a driver finally arrives to take the car - This resulted in an additional parking cost of £25.

Off we go on our holiday thinking it was maybe a one off but oh no, it got much worse...

On return, we land, aware of the delay before we call the number and let them know. They advise a 50 minute wait (the time of the call was just before midnight). They couldn't advise where the meeting point would be and I was told 'the driver will call you'.

50 minutes pass, it's cold and miserable and now almost 1am, we call again, no answer, continue to call for 10 minutes and get told we need to wait another 15 minutes, again with no confirmation of pick up.

At this point I ask if this is acceptable and I'm told 'ok bye'.

15 minutes pass (you can see where this is going), another 10 minutes wait.

Finally the driver calls saying he is 7 minutes away, which turned into another 15 minutes waiting in the cold for my car to be returned to me. The cherry on top, another £7 additional fee for being picked up as my car came through the drop off zone.

Avoid at all costs, cheap in this case was not cheerful and I'd have rather waited for a bus to long stay than ever have this experience again.

We used the mid stay free set down service.
This is incredibly useful for dropping off family members who may need you to stay with them just that bit longer. We were dropping off my elderly mother at the assistance centre inside Stansted. We then waited for the shuttle bus which arrived slightly later than we had anticipated. On our return we arrived at the pay station and we were 1 minute over our allocated time 🙈!!! Meaning a £40 charge.
We spoke to a wonderful lady named Michelle- today she was our angel 🙏🏻
We explained our situation and that we’d gone 1 minute over. Michelle understood our situation with the bus being slightly later and she was kind enough to validate our ticket so that we only paid the £5 & not the £45! We’d just like to say a huge thank you to Michelle and we wish there were more people like her out there in the world!

The departure is pretty good to be honest and would get a very solid 4 stars but I landed earlier than my friends and had to spend a few hours alone waiting for them. The Arrivals area has to be a strong contender for the least user friendly as airport in Europe. The place is dirty, nobody around to help you in any way. You would be lucky to find a chair to sit on even if you buy one of these overpriced sandwiches. I will only use it again if all other options are void. I have to spend a few hours here and there is no way this can be enjoyable. Horrible place. Efficient if you want in and out quick but if you stay more than 30 minutes it becomes gloom and doom.

SC Parking Limited’s service was extremely disappointing. I attempted to contact them continuously for around 40 minutes before anyone answered the phone. I was then given multiple revised arrival times — first 40 minutes, then an additional 20 minutes, and then a further 25 minutes. In total, it took nearly two hours before I was able to get my car back.

When I eventually received my vehicle, I discovered that my dashcam had been switched off and the cable removed, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has caused significant frustration and concern.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using this company again. I also intend to share this feedback on relevant platforms to ensure others are aware of the service provided.

I am shocked about the poor reviews on this company so I thought I would clear this up. Met on time and dekivered back on time. Although was charged extra £20 for a day earlier pick up due to personal reasons I cannot fault these guys. Driver even called to say give him a bit as had to defrost thick ice first. Drivers footwell covered with protective paper. Thank you will use again

Dreadful experience. Called in advance as requested and no answer for ages. When eventually did pick up the representative could not understand me. After several calls I spoke to someone who could understand me to tell me the driver was in orange waiting, they were not, then called to say the orange would be 10 minutes, then no answer after several calls. As we were then very late to holiday we had to go park in mid stay costing a fortune !
