First time user of their service from Chelmsford to Stansted and back. I was worried when I read the reviews, but my experience was very positive and will certainly use them next time. My outbound driver (Sarah) turned up on time and my inbound driver (Diana) showed up at the airport within 10 mins of letting her know that I had cleared security. Part of the payment is via cash, so something to note if you are used to paying via card. They come recommended and the price to and fro Stansted (from Chelmsford) was very competitive.

Ordered well in advance to pick my family from Stansted airport when they arrive for Easter. Today (a week before their arrival) they emailed me my trip is cancelled - apparently due to high demand! What a riddiculous excuse.
Now as it so close all quotes went up and I need to spend much more with another companies.
Time wasters - avoid.

They never showed up. They had given a wrong price and did suddenly not want to drive to the price they had given me. They tried to contact me via email that ended in my spam filter, and therefore I did not see them. Yes, they had my phone number, but despite that, they just decide not to show up instead.

We used Uber instead, they saved us that day, we come to the Airport, and it was cheaper than the prize they did not want to drive for. Good luck! :-)

Always take one of these taxis to get back to the city! The drivers are friendly and they drive safe!

Great service, easy to book, easy to use, great friendly driver, good price. All in all spot on.

Preordered a taxi and received confirmation but it did not show up. Neither the driver nor the company could be reached on phone. Very unpleasant, unreliable experience.

Polite driver, very helpful, but....... He was driving way too fast. Nervous for the first time in traffic here

My wife and I were delighted with every aspect of our journey. The car was of a very high standard, and very comfortable. The driver was very courteous and careful, and was very friendly during the journey

To say in a few words: Best British service and punctuality. I paid for the return ticket on the first day, and of course, on the day of return, the driver was at the right time and the right location, even though I had already paid!

Cant fault the team at stansted airport taxi - efficient and effective - booked online with no hastle. Always provode good quality cars and drivers. Would highly recommend and use again.

We were met by our driver Peter, at the arrivals hall with our name post,,and driven to our hotel in Ipswich.

In general, experience with Stanstedairporttaxi was fantastic. Car is confortable and the driver are really nice.
However, they always say that they will e mail me the confirmation e mail with driver's name and contact detail, but they rarely do. It didn't affect my travel but I was slightly worried about if they actually have my booking.
Would still recommend this company to others though. ^^

Got my booking for £10 return to the stansted prenier inn. 2 days later I get an email saying the quote was wrong for a system mistake, and actual price was £36 return..for a 3 minutes journey. Ridicolous.
Won't use it anymore

These guys dealt with me via Email and it was simple to arrange the pick up point, time and date. Got a call from the driver just as my flight had landed and was picked up on time at the arranged pick up point . Was driven home safely in a nice shiny mercedes, even though I had gone for the standard saloon so pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use again!

When we arrived at the airport we received a message that the taxi driver was going to arrive 30 minutes late!
So, we were glad we had not paid in advance and we took an airport taxi.

It is not an acceptable service when somebody is arriving from far away.

Driver was on Time with a really good comunication to organise the meeting point.
Confortable and immaculate car.
To be recomended.

The taxi was waiting for the party arriving at Stansted, pleasant manner from the driver, helpful.
Again on the return journey was the same the Taxi was waiting at the agreed time, the diver was helpful and got us back to the airport in good time
