This company's name cannot be found online as they are actually SMG Park & Ride. They are rude, unreasonable and do not care about customer service. I would not trust parking here.

Disgusting. Nearly 2h of waiting in cold weather with a child to get the car back after arrival. I will not recommend this scammers to anyone and avoid at all costs. Never again. We called them around 10 times and every time the answer was...15-20min more. It's really late evening/night so no traffic...

We called this company quite last minute for meet and greet parking. Every part of their service was outstanding, friendly and totally professional. Stuart at the booking end was super helpful and friendly, and the delivery and collection men were bang on time, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend, best service I’ve had at any airport.

Literally the biggest parking scam ever.
My partner parked here as we went away and booked the car park for 3 days. Our arrival date was Christmas Eve, which the car park was clearly aware of. When we went to drop off the car, my partner was charged an additional £11 for some drop off and pick up fee of 2.50 each way. When we landed back in the UK we received a text message from the guys at the car park, which was sent at 8am that morning, saying that our flight was due to land out of their operation hours, hence why we couldn’t be picked up and had to make our own way to the car park and use a code to retrieve our car back. The work ethic of these people is truly disgusting and immoral. You were well aware of the drop off and pick up times but still went ahead with the booking and charged us a pick up fee knowing for well you sick people were not going to be picking us up from the airport. The Uber cost us £22 from the airport due to Xmas Eve which we will obviously not be reimbursed by this trash company. We were not made aware of the additional £11 hidden costs at the time of the booking either. When we picked up the car, it was covered in filth and someone had been in the boot during our absence as there was a lot of damage to our belongings. Altogether, we have now paid over £100 for parking that wouldn’t have cost more than £80 if we had just parked at stansted airport. Leaving this review here so that another person is not scammed by these scumbags and attracted by the low prices they show at the time of booking.

Terrible company!
I made a booking with them,but I still didn't know definitely what time I gonna arrive,so made an approx appointment.I late 1 hour and I had to pay £20 late fee.Than I had to pay £5 for the airport transfer and if you pay by card,that's £1 more pound.
When I came back from my journey,called them and they said somebody gonna pick me up soon.
I had to wait 40 minutes in 5 degree.
Very strange as they didn't pay me any "late fee".

Don’t go for this car park as sometimes you will find it cheap as compared to others.
You will be picked and dropped at £2.50 per person. I am not happy at all. If you are 5 each person would need to pay. Also I just arrived 30 minutes late and was charged £20. At the end pay more for stansted parking as it offers a free quality shuttle and there is no restriction like these private thieves. They also charged an extra £1 for a card transaction if not cash given.
Also the van was awful.

(I want to add something else as I can see you said you didn’t ask for anything like this : I am asking everybody to check your website and check the policy themself)

At the end it’s more expensive than other closest car park.

They made us miss our flight and they couldn't care less.
They ruined my birthday and I never even recieved an apology
They do not have a shuttle bus it's a mini van that hold roughly 5-7people they'll make you wait regardless of your boarding time
They're rude, disrespectful, a disgusting company. I regret using them and even though I missed my flight because of them and I ended up getting my car back that same day they are still refusing to give Me a refund.
Their incompetent staff member Tess is a bully and highly unprofessional. I told her to leave me alone as she was being unprofessional and she replied "ditto"
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND PARK IN THE AIRPORT INSTEAD.

Avoid at All Costs - Total Scam!
I had an absolutely appalling experience with SMG Park & Ride at Stansted Airport booked via PARKOS. I booked parking with them from the 25th to the 28th of September 2024, paying £69.99 for the service - Booking Number: PHLG8B. My booking was for a 12:00 noon arrival, but due to unavoidable delays, I arrived at 14:30 for a 16:15 flight. Their post code is CM22 6NZ. To my shock, they informed me that my parking had been cancelled because I didn’t arrive within 2 hours of my booking time – something buried in the small print. They demanded an extra £100 to park my car, or I’d have to find parking elsewhere!
This is nothing short of a blatant scam. I was being charged twice for a single parking slot, as the original booking was still valid for the dates I paid for! It’s absurd to cancel a booking simply because of a slight delay, especially when they advertise that they are open 24 hours a day. Parking should be about the days you book, not the exact minute you arrive.
SMG Park & Ride is clearly exploiting travellers who are often in a rush and can’t afford to miss their flights. They force you to pay an extortionate additional fee, knowing full well you have no other option. I felt totally ripped off and deceived.
Do yourself a favour – DO NOT BOOK WITH SMG Park & Ride. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and the risk of being scammed out of more money at the last minute. There are far better and more trustworthy parking services at Stansted!
I have also noticed there are a lot of positive reviews on their review page which suggest they are using AI to generate a lot of anonymous positive reviews and suppressing negative reviews. I will also post this review on Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor.

Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs!!! Car was damaged while it was kept with them for my 5 day holiday. Upon my return I came back to my whole driver side wing damaged, the manager came and looked over and agreed it was not there when I left it with them (they scan your car on arrival and keep it on video) she said she would put a claim in and I had to as well, just heard back and they have advised it’s not their responsibility and I will be liable for the cost of repairing my car, even with proof my car was in perfect condition when it was dropped off to the driver. Shocking customer service team, have waited over a week for a response and just to be told they can’t help. No apology or any resolution. WORST experience and would never recommend this company, I’ve had way better experiences with the offsite car parks. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

SCAMMERS!!!!

We booked well within the time to get our flight as we were driving down from the North because of our plans after our trip. We got stuck in traffic and was a couple hours later, they said we are deemed as a no show and had to pay again.

Er, we booked a space for a selected time, I expect to have it for that time.

He made us pay again with cash. I guess so we are unable to do a charge back for misinformation.

The guy then asked where I lived and said he didn't believe where I had came from.

They were so rude. We turned up and it's an unsecured yard with a locked office saying back in 15mins.

We were concerned that after the crazy rudeness on the phone and the poor setup our car would come back with a flat tyre.

Shock, horror. We were right. They put a nail in our tyre which were brand new before we left. They said the terms and conditions say they don't cover tyres. On top of that we had scratches on both sides of the car.

He then gave us something to pump.the tyre up and directed us to a nearby tyre shop where the guy would help us out for free. This was just a decoy to get us out of the yard so we didn't complain in front of other people where we then buy tyres from their operation too. It's an absolute joke.

Completely avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT BOOK! They are rude nasty crooks. We paid £70 to park our car here, and on return Ryanair was delayed which means we missed the closing of the car park by literally minutes. We called repeatedly and no answer to we had to pay an additional £55 uber ride home as we were stranded, plus another £55 uber back in the morning to retrieve the car. We were then told we needed to pay a £25 overstay fee and £20 rebooking fee? We didn't want to overstay, and we certainly hadn't rebooked anything. They said it was for storage and admin, when no admin was done/needed for the overstay? This is just charging money for no reason when the overstay was not our fault or of our doing. When I tried to explain this to the manager he shouted at me and told me to stop talking or would charge me £65 instead! I felt rather abused and since discussed with the police who said I should have called them there, as they kept my key until I paid them £45 which is a breach of the 2012 Protection of Freedoms Act .

When we picked up our range rover, within 2 minutes we had a problem in the middle of the night and had to be recovered. It turned out that there was a problem with all the fuel injectors. I am convinced that this was a result of something the parking company did/how the car was driven. We would never use this company again.

Cowboys!!! I used ezybook to book their services previously and had a good experience, so much so that their driver gave me a business card to book directly in future, saying it would be cheaper if i did so. Well it wasn't, it was more expensive for 24 hours than i paid for 4 days on the other site. But not only that, i was told i would get it cheaper if i paid by cash, fine. I did state on the phone that i would be paying cash, but when i arrived didnt have cash, only to be told as a result, they would be charging an additional £20 for me paying on card!?!? On what justification??? Furthermore, they charge you per person for dropping you off and picking you up at the airport, but don't actually use the drop off place at stansted (they use a nearby hotel instead) so don't incur the fees they are charging you for. Do not touch these guys!!!

**just to add to this, I was today (the day I left a review) asked for more information about my booking by this company via trustpilot, and the same time as I confirmed my booking information, a charge appeared on my credit card for the cost that was held originally for my booking. Absolute scumbags.

Read the reviews, and the company's responses- that should tell you everything!
These people are just plain rude, unprofessional and money grabbing.
On their responses they take no responsibility for customers problems, they are argumentative and aggressive.
When I used them, I called 20 mins before arrival as per the instructions but when I arrived at the shoddy side, no one was there. We waited a good 10 mins before ringing again and finally the driver turned up. We then had to pay an extra fee which was not mentioned previously. At this point, we were running behind schedule, so I paid so we wouldnt be any later.

The place is scruffy and unkempt amd the vans we travelled in were not up to the usual standard of taxis.
We had a 30 minute wait to be collected on return.
I made the mistake of giving them a second chance but the rudeness I encountered after asking a simple question was totally unacceptable. How these people are still in business, I dont know. I imagine its down to bookings through a third party.

They may appear cheap but the hidden costs will up the price to equal of the professional companies.
Jet Parks, Purple Parking etc all offer a much more professional service. No hidden costs, the staff are polite and friendly and the places are run well.

Our flight was delayed but when we landed one call and we was picked up took to our car and we was on our way. Good work smart park and thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely awful . Our flight was little delayed and we arrived past midnight . At dropping the car they made It out our car would be parked in stansted and key left in locker . However car was parked 15 min away which was hard to find and we had to pay taxi £39 to take us there . Avoid this service . Name is deceiving sounds like official Stanstead airport parking but is only a rouge parking company frauding people . We tried to call them many times but no answer . I would never use or recommend this company again . Avoid at all costs . Total parking cost us £83.49 + £10 exit fee + £39 taxi total £132.49 . If I had parked in the official car park close to terminal would have been much cheaper wish I did this . Avoid avoid avoid

What a scam.
I tried to extend my parking and it seems like they have made it on purpose hard so you can’t change it.
The “phone number” it’s a text only.
I did not bring my phone abroad so used a local number to text, the text wouldn’t go through.
On their website it says you can change the booking via website, that of course is a lie and it can not be done.
Tried to email them but they never get back to you.
What a disgraceful service!

Tried to call the number given over 40 times when we were 20mins away from the airport no answer the car was booked in at 4am arrived at the airport just as they answered the phone telling me they were dealing with other customers and they don't open until 4am although my booking was for 4am so how I am supposed to call 20mins before?? on arrival was told I had to pay £50 cash extra as my vehicle length exceeded their maximum but I has put the make and model of the car into the booking details???? was given a take or leave it reply by the driver collecting my vehicle obviously had no other choice at 4 am in the morning.... DO NOT USE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE WISH I HAD OF!!!!
