I had cataract surgery approximately 9 months ago and I needed reading glasses but I chose to go to Stanton and have an eye exam because of the price that you offered and found out that I needed bifocals instead. I had checked with Eye Center South where I had my eye surgery and one pair of glasses there. I got two pair at Stanton one pair of transition which was really a great deal for me. I would recommend Stanton to anyone that asked me where I got my glasses at.

Great worker in the Dothan Location. Fast, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! I am going to bring my husband to this location !❤️🙏🏾❤️

It was quick and friendly service

I just loved how nice the young lady was that took care of me. She took her time and worked with me and my glasses until she hopefully got everything straight. She answered all the questions I had. Very prompt! Dothan Alabama's office is amazing.

My glasses are excellent. My first visit and exam was a new experience. Televised Doctor. I was wary of it. But i gave it chance. There was confusion on my prescriptions and order. But after going back, the manager fixed everything quickly and very professionally. I love my new glasses as she promised I would. My 5 stars are because of the manager and the quality of my glasses.

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service at this location.

February 7, 2026 I go in for an exam - I didnt think it was explained to me thoroughly about my strength in my glasses. Usually they take my glasses and can can get an idea of what I need and go from there. I have worn glasses my whole life. I get a bifocal, no lines. My biggest issue choosing a cute frame.
However, at Stanton I received my new frames but I can't see near. I waited about 7-9 days and nothing changed. I had to remove my glasses everytime to read a book, text message or write. I went back to inquire. I was told that my near sighted vision was 1.25 and needed to be strengthened. The gentleman who did the exam took me back and said he would chnage it to 2.25. He said that he put the order in and would take care of it. I waited another 2 weeks. I called the call center and they stated my glasses were ready. I arrived to pick them up and the new glasses were no where to be found. Why? Because they were never pushed through. Frustrated and upset, a new young lady helped and swore that she has taken care of the order with the new 2.25 strength and that it would be here in about 2 weeks.
Saturday, March 21, 2026 - I called the Call Center and they said that my frames and glasses are in.
Monday, March 23, 2026 - I went in to find that my glasses were in fact not there but they had been ordered at all and if I would have received the new ones, they would been exactly like the first pair, WRONG!!!
After explaining to a NEW lady she also assured that she had made sure that my glasses are progressive lens with the 2.25 add-on
Now I won't receive my new frames until April 6 which is 2 months headaches that I didn't need especially since I suffer from migraines. I should have stayed with my original doctor but I will NEVER come back. I was not about the frames, they are cute, it is about the lack of follow through and communication from the staff. 2 Monthssssssss and I cant believe it!!!

I have used my yearly allowance on Stanton and I seriously considering going back to my original doctor to alleviate the stress and migraines associated with the lack of customer service and care. At this point I am not sure if my new glasses will be right. I now I know I should have gone to a true optimologist.
I most likely will never use them again!

This is not the place to get glasses i had a 10 am appointment and was still there because the lady up front had 3 separate jobs to perform where as the eye examination took minutes the whole process took over 4 hours and I had an appointment.

The staff was exceptional! From to time we walked through the door, they were kind, friendly and professional. Prices were amazing and they were not just trying to make sales they genuinely helped.

Very misleading on the price. No eye exam and 2 pair of glasses for $79. More like $150.

Everything about my experience was fantastic!!! From how easy and quick it was to schedule an appointment. How friendly and helpful the staff was when I arrived. I didn’t have to wait a long time either before being called back. Their inventory was great!!! The cost of everything was so affordable!!! The only thing that was a bit frustrating was waiting for my glasses to come in. However, once they arrived I cried because it had been so long since I had been to get my eyes checked and I could see. I definitely recommend them!!!! And I will definitely be back in for my next eye exam.

The staff here is stellar. They know their work, and they treat me like friend who they're glad to see. Very welcoming.

My experience was in Dothan, AL. Went in for eye appointment on 2/20, ordered 2 packs of contacts & 2 pair of glasses. Said all would be ready to pick up in a week. 1 week & 1 day later- went in and nothing was ready for pickup. It said 1 order of contacts had been delivered but they couldn’t find them. In fact at this time I found out that they ordered contacts to be changed biweekly instead of monthly. 17 days later, I picked up my glasses- which sound like they’re going to break at any minute. I also paid extra to have thin lenses put in because my vision is terrible- but they didn’t thin the lenses at all, so they’re super thick. Today marks 25 days and I still have yet to receive my contacts. Yet online it says they’ve been picked up? This place is horrible- I do not recommend and will not return once I receive the contacts I paid for.

My eye exam was fast and easy. It was a bit different than usual. The doctor that gave the exam wasn’t in the room but on a conference call with me. He controlled everything from his end. The people who work there were friendly and always willing to help. It was a great experience. Also ordered contacts off there site and shipped was fast. I will definitely be going back next year for my eye exam.
