I bought another pair of glasses. After 3 months of wearing them maybe 12 hours. I noticed the lenses were cracked. Even cracked as I was wearing them. Took back to the store,lady said the lenses were to big. Sent them off to be replaced. Got them back. All is good

This was a great experience for me as the individual- who helped me- went above and beyond to help me get 2 very classy pairs of glasses at an UNBEATABLE PRICE. I will definitely be back!

I was notified by text that my glasses were in about a week after they were supposed to be ready. Employees were friendly and professional. However, I was given the wrong glasses at first. It took some time for the representative to finally locate my glasses.

When I purchased the glasses I did not understand they had restricted lenses. After much frustration of trying to adjust my eyes, I learned that the lenses were not designed to look through at 180 degrees. But I would need to pay extra to look to the right or left. But only could look straight on if I wanted to see straight. Stanton did find a solution for me though. All is well.

Alyssa is awesome 👌 she was very helpful in helping me find the perfect color contacts I wanted. And she listened to my questions and gave helpful answers .. I also.liked seeing a physical person doing my exam.as well . Overall great experience and friendly environment 😌

Love yhe customer service but was not pleased with glasses.

The staff was great friendly service and the prices for the glasses were wonderful and I just love everything about y'all I will always come back to y'all thank you so much

MY OPTIONS WERE NOT EXPLAINED TO ME. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS PAYING FORUNTIL I WENT HOME AND SPENT TIME TO LOOK MY RECEIPT OVER. THEN I REALIZED I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND 650.00 DOLLARS TO GET GLASSES. I HAVE A PAIR OF GLASSES THAT BROKE THE FIRST TIME I WORE THEM AND HAVE TO TAKE THEM BACK TO GET REPLACED. I WAS PRESSURED TO FEEL LIKE I HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT TO GET GLASSES AND THE GLASSES I HAVE NOW ARE NOT WHAT I NEED.

My glasses are a new kind for me. They were fully explained to me. The two that was there that day was great. Good employers

I went into Stanton optical yesterday because the eye doctor I usually use was not open this day. When I looked it up online I seen that they had a similar promotion where you get 2 pairs of glasses + the exam for $79. I booked my appointment over the phone and was there 15 minutes later. I checked in and started looking at frames while I waited. While looking at the frames I seen a sign the stated that blue tagged frames were BOGO free for $119 and immediately decided I would chose that option.
When I spoke to the lady that checked me in she stated that they offered a “diagnostic” type add on that screens for eye conditions and I could add it for an additional $39, which I did.
I was finally called back to do my exam and to my surprise, I didn’t speak to a physical person, instead I spoke to someone through a video call. They just had me read the letters on the screen and then I went back and waited in the lobby.
After my prescription was ready, the tech pulled up my eye photos and QUICKLY scanned over them. I feel like she did not take her time to fully access the photos because this location was very busy at the time.
When I came down to check out time she asked me if I wanted to add blue light and anti scratch protection. I added it and to my surprise my total for the 2 glasses and add ons came out to be $636!!! I asked her how my price jumped from $119 + $39 (about $160) all the way to $636. She told me that it was because I had to pay for the exam which is confusing because the advertisement stated that the exam was free with the purchase of the glasses.
I then asked her to take off the add ons for blue light and etc and my total went down to $270. That was still way more than what I should’ve paid but I went with it because she made me feel like I was broke because THEY were overcharging and adding extra fees.

Did not have to wait long. Great experience and was told how the glasses would be done and they were done correctly the first time and the staff was courteous and I always have a great experience.

OMG, Where do they get these people, i had an eye exam Monday, it is now Wednesday and I still haven't gotten the correct prescription, I told the idiot behind the monitor on the wall that I'm legally blind in one eye so I've always had my glasses balanced, she insisted on checking it anyway, it was making me very sick and dizzy changing lenses. I told her it was making me sick and she just said if I was still sick after the exam to tell the receptionist or whatever the lady was, then she wrote my prescription with an extremely high number in that eye I would not have even been able to walk, so they changed the numbers and waited on the Dr to sign off on it, he never did so they told me I could order glasses online with it but I couldn't get a signed paper copy until he signed, needless to say I called my insurance company and talked to them, and they checked and Stanton hasn't sent anything to them yet so I could call Stanton and tell them to cancel, so I did but I bet you they will send it immediately after me telling them to cancel, I gave them another chance from 4yrs ago thinking it was just bad because of Covid but no, it is still awful
