It was quick
It was quick. I called in a days ahead it was due for next week after my evening shift. I got a text message saying pick up today. I called that weeks yesterday very professional, quick and easy in and out the door.

I made an appointment
I made an appointment. I checked in on time, signing the sign in sheet. They called back multiple people that signed in after me. I had to speak to someone just to show them that I had signed in at my appointment time.
The other reason is because it took a month to receive my glasses and contacts. I kept getting messages that they were ready but every time I called they said that they weren't ready. No one contacted me to let me know that there was delay.

Buyer beware
The experience itself was interesting. I have never been to a boutique optical center. I did the buy one get one free deal but feel like I was screwed over. The weak response I received from the sales rep was ridiculous. For 2 pairs of glasses and 30 days worth of contacts was almost $700. Ridiculous. When I was supposed the second pair of glasses free, I was charged $350. I didn't have to pay it or order the glasses but I went through with it, so ultimately it is my problem. But I would recommend that everyone throughly review thier receipts and question everything until you are satisfied and understand how the pricing is charged. Customer service is stellar 👌. But pricing leaves alot to be desired.

From the promotion I saw on TV
From the promotion I saw on TV, I expected to get same day service and glasses for $79. Neither was correct. If I had known that I would have to pay more and wait 10 days to get my glasses, I would have gone to my regular vision location.
