Staples online store was easy to navigate. I was able to add multiple items to my cart. Gabriel Culiat also recieved free shipping which was a huge bonus. Thanks so much A ++++++++++++++++++

I ordered 3 items on February 7 and only received 1 item on March 13. My son was so bummed out he didn’t get his hoodie sweater. What a terrible experience. I will never order from them again. I should have read the previous comments before ordering. Lots of negative reviews. Buyer beware.

Put down the pigeon. I used to love this brand. These people seem almost completely incapable of fulfilling an order.
My last two orders have come in multiple shipments. You'd swear they're shipping from Mars. It takes forever. They just refunded me on 2 of 5 items after holding my money hostage for over a month. 2 items have been received. The 3rd item is in complete limbo.
Meanwhile, they're releasing their spring lineup. Go pack some damn boxes and fulfill your current orders.
I kind of get the feeling this company is run by a bunch of junkies. People that like a fun design but have never put in a hard day's work ever. They seem like theyre just constantly nodding off with a needle in their arms.
If you sell an item, you need to fulfill the order. If you don't have the item, don't sell it.
Look at how many reviews are exactly the same. Someone needs to clean house at this company if they want to maintain any type of integrity. I'm incredibly disappointed with a brand I used to really like.
Now I kind of feel stupid when I see a pigeon, especially when it's on my clothing.
Fortunately their Spring lineup looks like a bleeding beer deuce and it is becoming easier to say adios to Staple.
Get me my last item. We'll be done here. Have patience if you wanna deal with this rehab clinic.

Ordered hat two jackets over a month ago. No items have shipped and customer service will not respond

I ordered a hoodie on the 3rd of Feb,it is now the 22nd of Feb The company says allow 10 business days for item to be shipped out... I've waited 19 days and all I get is sorry for the inconvenience and item will be shipped out by the end of the week or the beginning of tje week. Twice I have received their sorry apologies so now I request a full refund and get no real reply. Don't trust any company that doesn't acknowledge right away that they are funning behind you should not have to reach out to them first and don't trust a company that won't resolve the problem that they have caused by not refunding your monies right away or they don't respond in the right manner of you requesting your money back. This business is garbage and I'm still waiting on a response to have my money tefunded

I wished I would came across these review before ordering online from this company. They will delay your shipping
They will send you cookies cutter reply.
They will charge for shipping when it states that shipping is free over a $100.00. They over Taxes.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from these scammers!!! They stole my money and ignore all my emails. They are lucky that I can't meet them face to face!!

Got my (second) order from the US in six working days. Paid 35$ shipping cost, but thats okay. It went smooth. No custom fees this time, but you're never sure.

On my first order from the US back in 2021 I paid some fees.. also the order took almost four weeks before it arrived.

Ordered the Puma x Staple Pigeon Slipstream shoes and everything was fine till I noticed the print on both shoes was completely different. Emailed customer service, got nothing and this was a few days before the return window closed so I requested a refund and sent the shoes back. It made it to it's destination (I kept the tracking info) but nothing from them after the 10 BD window. No notification from them since. Keep my 140 bucks then, be a garbage company.

I have to say, I absolutely love Staple Clothing. The founder, Jeff, has created a brand that perfectly captures the intersection of fashion and streetwear, and I can't get enough of their designs. However, my recent experience with their warehouse staff has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

It took months for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I was missing half of my outfit. I reached out to customer service for an update and was told I would receive the missing items "soon." After several more months of waiting and no communication, I offered to send back the incomplete outfit since it made no sense to keep half of it. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back for months, and when I finally did, I just got sent a refund for the missing half.

On top of that, I had ordered a bathing suit that arrived ripped, and when I tried to return it for a refund, I was denied. It's frustrating to know that the people working at the warehouse don't seem to care about the reputation of the brand and the experience of their customers.

Sadly, due to the incompetence and disrespect of the people working at their warehouse, I will not be purchasing from Staple Clothing again. As much as I appreciate their unique designs and the passion of the founder, Jeff, it's not worth the frustration and disappointment of dealing with such poor customer service. I hope that they can address these issues and regain the trust of their customers.

Wish I could give zero stars. After numerous request and three weeks they finally shipped my order only because I filed a claim with PayPal. Customer Service won’t respond to emails or phone calls and will send you the same cookie cutter email when they track your number to your email only after you call. Supposed to receive order this week so hopefully it gets fulfilled properly without damage. Worst companies I’ve dealt with. Spend your money with someone who respects you as a customer.

Ordered Hello Kitty hoodie. 3rd week still unfulfilled. Inquiry states they will get on it. 4th week my order was cancelled and refunded. No stock. What a crack of BS! If you don't have it then don't put it in your website as available!

The new hoodie I bought came with an unstitched shoulder, and the customer service is awful

I'll give 2* because I do really like their products, but I'm being extremely generous as CS is extremely important to me. I just wish it were important to this company as well. Shipping and distribution are horrendous. It took over a month to receive 2 of 3 items I purchased and the third item just never came. I got almost no response from CS until just about the last few days, where they attempted to charge me again for the items I already paid for, 1 of which I never received. I've been asking them to cancel that order and refund my money for weeks now and I'm still waiting. And I'm not the only one. There's a reason their trustpilot score is so low. I just wish I knew that before hand. I will never buy directly from this company again, which is a shame because I do really enjoy these clothes. BE WARNED.

Over a month and they have not shipped my order. They don’t answer their phone—and they have an automated bot response to their email that says the order will be sent out in the next day or two. Terrible company with terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY.

They used to be my go to for gifts for my son. Not anymore! Their customer service lies! I wrote to them because presents I purchased did not fit. The quality and sizing of their products had changed. Poor quality! I was told I couldn’t return the items because they were final clearance items. This was NOT TRUE! They were still full priced on their website. I responded and explained this, but they didn’t bother answering. I will never shop from there again. They lost a loyal customer and the company I once backed has gone totally downhill.

Absolutely horrendous company. Bought a hat off of there and what arrived was a hackneyed, bastardized version of what that hat was supposed to look like (basically, I got bait and switched). If I could give -100 I would. I emailed them back and they refuse to refund me or send me a corrected hat. The absolute worst company I've ever had the sorry experience of having to deal with.

My last order was 6 items(international), they send two, without asking first. Forgot to change value on the order from original price, i bought on sale.. When my order arrives , with two sale items I am asked to pay approx 300$. for penalty and import. I really had to pay around 20$. I showed receipt etc. but the shipping company took my package back. I wrote several emails to get help on staplepigeon, got one answer very late-to late , after that no answers.... I ended up loosing my order, money, shipping cost, and are now in "battle" with UPS because they want the 300$ taxes.... Staplepigeon makes really nice clothing for tall people, but i will never recommend them again.....

Order an order, loosing it because of Staplepideon mistake, lose the order, lose the money, now owe money and 20-30 phone calls with ups so far..
