Lenovo Chromebook li Thii inn Seyyy..
2 months Bhi Nahi guzreyy!!! Display Mey Line Aaa gaii Green&Purple!!! Koi Water Damage nahii Bass Use Kartey Kartey

The laptop was working but the battery is too degraded, not even giving 1 hour of backup and the display of the laptop has permanent spots because of being pressed against the keyboard.
(They replaced the laptop so all is good.)

Worst seller in Pakistan, don’t buy anything from them. First they sold me a tablet which was a company sample. “Not For Sale” was written on it. It’s software version was stuck on developer version which you can’t update and it blocks live service games like call of duty and pubg

When I complained they gave me a worse one than this with a broken Wi-Fi antenna

Never buy from
They are fraud

The are located in Karachi Pakistan the place of scammers

I received my Chromebook, and I’m very happy with the product. It looks and performs just as good as I expected from the website. The quality is excellent, and it matches the description and pictures

Out standing experience ❤️ Highly recommend

Trusted Service and responsive team

I ordered 2 times with a gap of 2 years, both of the times you sent faulted Chromebook.....both of the time...... and then replaced with the functional one. even though was replaced but I had to pay courier charges extra than the price and courier charges I paid for first courier. If you are not doing this trick someone in your company is doing this, whenever it is distant order you send faulted device hoping the lay person sitting in remote area will not follow up or return. but today everything is changed. this was my last order by the way and I will spread this fraud alert, of 'startcity', wherever my voice could reach, and stop as many people to not shop from you as I could. thanks for telling me a new way of fraud

A good variety of products, a bit delay but give response. My product was changed but acknowledged and agreed to replace.

I have purchased many devices from Starcity.pk. Initially my experience was not very pleasant. But gradually they have improved their devices quality and most importantly their customer care. I would especially mention one of their sales/customer representatives Mr. Maaz who is really very professional and always there to respond to your queries and satisfy you from the time you place the order till the time you actually receive it. Even being in Punjab Attock, i feel comfortable ordering from Starcity.pk as people like Maaz are there. Highly recommended vendor now.
