I had a good experience with them, I guess I got them at a good time based on the other reviews lol. I got a cut out photo pendant necklace with a nameplate from them, I kept seeing their post or ad on Facebook, and personally I like to wait until I see other peoples review before I buy something from social media. It came in like 10 days and was very nice I much say, a lot of people ask where I got it, I would definitely order again
I placed my order 5 months ago never received my order I reached out several times via email online chat and all social media platforms and absolutely NO RESPONSE… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will rob you!
Ordered a custom chain, i have received no chain, no response back, nor a refund for my order. I have tried reaching out on multiple occasions with no response to any of my emails. Being that is the only way to contact them. This company needs to be reported for taking customers money. I wish i could've rated it a -0. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered a bracelet before Christmas, finally got it early February. Open up the box and they’ve sent the wrong product. Never got a response to any of my contacts asking where my item was - it was getting borderline scam territory. Don’t waste your time unless you are keen for a lucky dip adventure with an unknown timeframe.

I ordered two necklaces for me and my boyfriend for christmas, 1 circular rotating and 1 heart shaped. They came in about a week and a half and they came out great! I was almost expecting them to look crappy or get scammed but I am very happy!
My photo pendant came! Took a few weeks but love it and it has wings...was sacred it would look different from Instagram lolbut great work and a great price. I recommend for a pretty and affordable memory pendant
My gf is really into her sign and the whole zodiac think, and I saw an ad for this company that sells zodiac jewelry on my Fb timeline. My girlfriend loved the pendant I got her, matches her bohemian style and she says it starts alot if conversations. Only thing was the chain was a little small for her neck, so they sent another with another style of pendant! I usually dont like buying thinks from the internet, but it came pretty fast and was great service
