Thank you so much for this brilliant review, Kristine. Really appreciated! It was a pleasure providing gutter cleaning at your office building in DE24, and I’m thrilled you were so happy with everything from start to finish. For businesses in Derby, keeping on top of gutter maintenance is just as important as it is for homes. A well-maintained building reflects well on your business, and clear gutters protect the fabric of the property from water damage and costly repairs.

Going above and beyond is just how I work. If I can do something extra while I’m there, or spot something that needs attention, I’ll always take the time to sort it. Taking pride in the work matters to me. You’re trusting me with your business premises, so a fantastic standard is the only acceptable result.

Your office gutters are now fully clear and protecting your building from blockages, overflow, and water damage.

Really appreciate the recommendation, and thank you for choosing Derby Gutters!

Thank you so much for this lovely review, Anne. Really appreciated! It was a pleasure working at your Braunstone Town property, and I’m thrilled you were so happy with everything from start to finish. For homeowners in LE3, knowing exactly what work has been carried out gives real peace of mind. That’s why I always take before and after photos with the GoPro camera, so you can see the state of your gutters before and the results afterwards, even though you can’t get up there yourself.

Making sure the downpipes were clear is just as important as the gutters themselves. A blockage further down defeats the purpose of clean gutters above, so I always check the full system.

As for the gate latch, if I spot something I can sort while I’m there, I’m always happy to help. It’s those little extras that make a difference, and it’s just the way I work.

Your gutters and downpipes are now fully clear and protecting your home from blockages, overflow and water damage.

Thank you for the recommendation, it really does mean a lot. Thank you for choosing Stardust Gutters!

Thank you for the lovely review, Megan. Really appreciated! It’s always a pleasure returning to Folksworth Village Hall, and I’m so glad you had another great experience. For village halls and community buildings in PE7, having someone you can rely on time after time makes all the difference. No second-guessing, no hoping for the best, just consistent quality you can count on.

A full exterior clean like this covers all the bases. Clean render keeps the hall looking welcoming and prevents algae and dirt from causing long-term damage. Clear gutters protect the building from blockages, overflow and water damage. And sparkling windows let in more light for everyone using the hall.

Looking after community spaces like this is always rewarding. These buildings are at the heart of village life, and keeping them looking their best matters.

Your village hall is now looking fantastic from top to bottom and fully protected.

Thank you for your continued trust, and I look forward to seeing you next time. Thank you for choosing Stardust Cleaning Services!

Thank you for the great review, Scott. Really appreciated! It was a pleasure working at your commercial unit in Corby, and I’m glad you were happy with the standard of work across the gutters, windows and cladding. For business owners in NN17, professionalism and attention to detail make all the difference. You want someone who turns up when they say they will, does the job properly, and leaves your premises looking its best.

A full exterior clean like this does more than just improve appearances. Clean gutters protect the building from water damage and blockages, sparkling windows let in more light and create a better impression for customers and staff, and fresh cladding maintains that professional image while preventing long-term dirt and algae damage.

Your commercial unit is now looking sharp and protected inside and out.

Thank you for choosing Stardust Cleaning Services!

Thank you for the great review, Adam. Really appreciated! It’s always a pleasure returning to your Wellingborough warehouse, and I’m glad you were happy with the cladding clean once again. For commercial property managers in NN8, having someone you can rely on to deliver excellent results every time makes all the difference. No wondering whether the standard will slip, just consistent quality you can count on.

Keeping warehouse cladding clean isn’t just about appearance. It protects the surface, maintains a professional image for your business, and prevents dirt and algae from causing long-term damage.

Building long-term relationships with customers like yourself is exactly what it’s all about. Knowing you’ll be back again is the best compliment I could ask for.

Your warehouse cladding is looking fresh and protected, ready for whatever the weather throws at it.

Thank you for your continued trust, and I look forward to seeing you next time. Thank you for choosing Stardust Cleaning Services!

To provide some context for anyone reading this: we were engaged by your father, Andrew Morris-Richardson, to quote for black spot removal from a large sandstone patio in Wollaton, which we visited on 2nd March 2026. We agreed that we would attend on Friday 7th March to carry out the cleaning work. Our specialist cleaning product — Nu-Clear Fallout Pro, ordered specifically for this job from Pureseal Services UK Ltd (Order No. 64087, Invoice No. 20276, dated 2nd March 2026, £144.00 including VAT) — failed to arrive from our supplier by Thursday 5th March as confirmed. We contacted Andrew at 7:12 pm that evening to explain the situation and offered the next available date of Wednesday 11th March.
We fully understand that a rescheduled appointment is frustrating, particularly when contractors are also involved. However, we must respectfully take issue with the suggestion that we were rude or unprepared. The product had been ordered and paid for on the same day as the site visit. When it was made clear to Andrew that Monday 9th March was not possible due to four pre-existing customer commitments, and the response was that this was "not my problem," we felt it necessary to end the call politely and professionally.
We have been providing professional cleaning services across the East Midlands since 2000, and our reputation for reliability and quality is something we take seriously. We are sorry this booking did not proceed, and we wish you and your father well with the project.

Thank you for the great review, Paul! It was a pleasure providing gutter cleaning at your Radford property, and I'm really glad you were so satisfied with the results. For homeowners in NG7, a quick response is important – when you need your gutters sorted, you don't want to be waiting around for weeks.
As for clearing through to the downpipe on your neighbour's side – gutters don't stop at boundary lines, and there's no point leaving a job half done! Making sure water can flow freely all the way through means your gutters will actually work as they should.
Your gutters are now fully clear and protecting your Radford home from blockages, overflow, and water damage – all flowing smoothly from end to end.
Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot, and thank you for choosing us!

Thank you so much for this fantastic review, Hicham! It was a pleasure providing gutter cleaning at your Eastwood property, and I'm thrilled you were so pleased with the service. For homeowners in NG16, I believe transparency is key – that's why I provide photos and live video footage before and after every job, so you can see exactly what's been cleared and the condition of your gutters. With a 3-bedroom semi, there's plenty of guttering to cover, and it's important you have complete confidence that every section has been thoroughly cleaned to the highest standard.
Your gutters are now fully clear and ready to protect your Eastwood home from water damage, blockages, and overflow issues for the seasons ahead.
Really appreciate the detailed recommendation, and I look forward to helping you maintain your property in the future!
