Between Christmas and New Year I rang to inquire about insurance for my new motorcycle, Christmas pressie, the phone was answered promptly by Sophia, not only very helpful but insured my new bike and also offered, accepted cover on my other motorcycle, at a better rate than the current provider
So 2 bike's now with Star also changed cover on my 20 year old classic car, Most excellent chatting with Sophia very helpful and professional.

Had xmas damage to motor home and immediately put insurance on notice. Arranged claim and repair approx June. Documentation was easy and relevant, repair booked with repairer of my choice and that was it, easy, clean but above all, insurer did not try to shift blame, find point of policy to decline claim and communication was easy and courteous. Highly recommended and value for money. To be fair, the true value of an insurance policy is at time of claim and this experience showed true value.
