Items were delivered OK but
baby bos damaged

Items were delivered OK but disappointed that the box the goods came in was damaged which was dissapointing because item was required for a baby shower

Thanks for the 5* review as the items you ordered were lovely - but what a shame the box was damaged as they are very presentable boxes for gifts to go in. At least the items will have been wrapped in tissue paper and the box will have protected them from any damage - We’re not passing the buck but unfortunately cardboard boxes do bear the brunt of things when travelling through the postal system.

Look out for the discount code attached to the packing slip and a further one sent by email.

Hi Donna

Sorry you felt the need to leave us a 2* review because you claim not to have received your order yet.

Your order from Tuesday 11th April was sent by Royal Mail 48 hour signed for tracked delivery on Wednesday 12th April and tracking shows it being delivered with a picture and a signature on Friday 14th April. We suggest you check Royal Mail tracking please.

It would be normal to contact Royal Mail or even us in the first instance as all orders receive tracking information but instead you have chosen to leave us a 2* review on here.

Please check you are not confusing this order with another one you’ve made from a different company as it appears quite clear that you have received your order.

And if you were so unhappy how come you enrolled in our Loyalty Scheme on our website today instead of contacting us or Royal Mail about your missing order?

It might not mean much to you but this sort of unfair review (we have no control over post/delivery in the event it had been delayed or lost but it appears you have received your order) has an impact on independent stores like ours.

5 star scan experience

5 star scan experience. It’s a really beautiful space and super informative scan. Laura is so good at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable. Have been back many times over the last few months. Highly recommend.

Hi Cara

Thanks for leaving this negative review for a product that you weren’t happy with instead of just asking to return or exchange it for something else - we don’t make the items or create the measurements and provide the information from the manufacturer / supplier - but we assure you it is a specific frame for scan prints and as an ultrasound clinic ourselves we print out hundreds of scan prints every week so we are quite sure it fits scan prints in - and we have also sold many of these and different types of scan frames without anyone having an issue with the size - sometimes the edges need trimming and there can be larger prints (larger print paper) which may be the case with what you have?

The measurements of this frame are in the product description so it may be worth checking what size scan prints you are trying to fit in it.

Laura is a true professional

Laura is a true professional. This is our third time using the services she provides and it won't be our last.
As I said before, she is professional, yet empathetic and kind. She makes you feel relaxed and at ease and has no problems explaining things to you if you don't understand. We got to see our baby again and hear their heartbeat. It was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend to all.

I only started using this company


I only started using this company around December as I found out I was going to be a gran for the first time
I sent away for first order to see the quality of the goods
I couldn’t believe it when I received the order absolutely gorgeous
plus 15% off second order and so on I’m now on to my 5th order and the gift wrapping and presentation is first clasd
