Christian was exceptional. He was very efficient in setting up my wifi plan and he answered any questions I had. He also maintained great communication and let me know what time to expect him.

Justin was thoughtful and efficient. He was considerate to ask whether to remove his shoes before entering the apartment. He also addressed the issue in minutes! He was patient enough to explain the issue and asked if I had any questions. Great job Justin!

Simple to set up, no strange bill charges. Customer service reps are personable and friendly, no robots here. Many thanks to Alyssa for quickly and kindly sorting out my problem over the phone. Our local rep even host pop-ups in the lobby with snacks for residents (with or without starry service). Would recommend to anyone!

Christian is professional and responsible. The workmanship is excellent. Good communication, reliable and detail-oriented.

My WiFi was out for over 24 hours. Christian was able to come out to replace my power cable the next morning and had my wifi up and running within 5 minutes.

Louie was phenomenal, super easy and quick install. Very personable and Starry is a great provider. 7 day service available and same-day service calls. You can’t beat it.

I had a problem to log in to my account and called for help and i got lucky to connect Cloria, nicest person, knowledgeable and helpful. It took only a couple minute for her resolve my problem that i was tryin to do during almost one hour. Thank you starry for having that kind of person working in a company.

I was very very frustrated when I called
but was so happy to get a nice lady on the phone that had the most patience with me! The confusion is really that a white cable goes in the black device! The cables should be marked! I tried the night before to solve the WiFi problem and could not fix it!
