We have found StarShipit great! It has linked to our ecommerce system (Commerce7) with NZpost and saved us alot of time when processing our wine orders! Ther StarShipit team have been a great help getting us set up.

Linking with Millie as our Onboarding Specialist was a game changer. She was absolutely brilliant. Straight up and very knowledgeable with our initial set up, and any queries were replied to and sorted very quickly. Highly recommended.

Millie was a great help, very approachable and nothing is ever a problem, we have really enjoyed having her as our onboarding go to, thank you Millie, your customer service is outstanding

Starshipit has been a gamechanger. Why did it take me so long to do this? It has saved hours a day of data entry. An easy onboarding and integration process, heaps of support, intuitive platform. I love it.

The company/client I am building an ecommerce website for are quite technologically challenged. And with myself being the middle man - and this being my first time building a site on Shopify and dealing with shipping, we collectively came into this experience quite blind. StarShipit's system has been a game-changer for our workflow. Starshippit has been a great way to streamline our shipping operations. Adam has been great every step of the way.

The ease of use for the website and app, makes the decision to use Starshipit very easy. The onboarding process was exceptional, the dynamic staff and reaction to non standard processes was great. Any questions or queries were answered promptly, if something was not able to be done, suggestions of different processes were offered. Any suggestions for improvements were taken seriously and some were implemented overnight. Being able to see the status of the dispatched parcels at a glance was a big win, you can see if a parcel is awaiting collection or held up without having to open individual tracking.

Received out of the blue a notice that something was in transit with aramex from possibly starshipit. No details as to what but Aramex tracking showed it coming from Christchurch. Had no idea what this was as was waiting on an order from Auckland. Almost treated it as junk mail from possible scammer. Need to supply more details regarding shipments . On this case I wouldn't recommend Starshipit to any business or person I know.

Great support all through the setup process into execution.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The pricing is on the higher side, but the customer service was excellent. The integration process was a bit complicated at first, but once everything was set up, the workflow ran smoothly. The only improvement I’d love to see is an automatic update of customers’ shipping addresses. I had a few orders where the addresses didn’t update, and I wasn’t aware until later, which led to paying extra shipping fees to redirect parcels to the correct destination.

Millie has been incredibly helpful in assisting with some of the difficulties I've had setting up star ship it.

From the initial setup to ongoing support, Starshipit has been absolutely faultless. Their team made the transition seamless, and the platform itself has been a huge improvement for our operations. It’s far more intuitive than our previous system, saving us time and effort every day. Highly recommended for anyone considering switching shipping providers.
