These mental health reports and IQ tests are a scam! They charge a minimal price for results and are difficult to cancel. I didn’t sign up for this but it’s exactly the same as many other self-help sites. You think you’ll pay €10.39 for the results report and a seven-day trial which you intend to cancel before upgrading. However, when you try to log in to cancel you get a message saying your account can’t be found. Then you receive messages from your band saying €75 have been deducted for a premium subscription you never signed up for.

They tried to take money off my account. When it didn’t go through they tried for a lower amount.

I did not sign up for this but it’s exactly the same as many other self-help sites that I have looked into with the same pricing tiers and have been reviewed negatively on TrustPilot. You think you’ll pay the $1.39 for the results report and a 7-day trial which you intend to cancel before the next tier. When you try to log in to cancel, you get a message your account cannot be found.

The real kicker is that you notice on your credit card or PayPal statement, that a few days after paying the $1.39, the company puts through a $22.99 charge for the monthly plan. Logging into your account is unsuccessful, it cannot be found.

Calling PayPal is usually met with “you need to call the company to have the charge reversed.” You may get a similar response from your credit card issuer, although many banks have these companies blacklisted and will reverse the charge; their fraud department often has a class action already in the works & will add your case.

If you reach someone on the phone, they claim you must have clicked on the wrong button OR claim that since you called PayPay or your bank first, they are unable to do anything until those activities have been resolved.

Persistence is critical. You must keep calling the company until you get your refund. Make sure to stay on top of PayPal or your credit card issuer so no further charges are put through.

Your expected $1.39 charge has turned into $25 or more, you’ve spent hours, more often days or weeks to get your money back. It's not so much the money, its the time, the frustration, & for some, the stress they’ve had to endure. I recommend you stay far away from this and similar companies that provide mental health and IQ reports. The information they provide is usually available for free elsewhere, and mental health support is better provided from known sources and doctors.
