Start Communications made the switch over of all our communications so easy. We moved 19 sites over to Start and Beverley kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for more - thankyou.

We would typically wait a little longer before providing a review, as we prefer to allow a business relationship time to develop. However, following our initial meeting, we felt confident that this team could support us in moving away from what had become a restrictive and one-sided arrangement with our previous supplier.

Their approach has been clear, transparent, and consistently supportive throughout. Communication has been strong, and they have delivered on their commitments as promised.

On this basis, we feel it is appropriate to share our positive experience at this early stage, and we are confident that this will continue as our working relationship develops further.

Richard and Kerry were absolutely fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Our existing provider unfortunately decided to turn our phones off before the transfer took place and Richard went out of his way to get it resolved within 24 hours.

All of their hard work was really appreciated and we couldn't be happier now we have moved! All the hard work was much appreciated.

We recently changed our mobiles over to Start Communications. We were kept well informed throughout and the process ran very smoothly. One of the new SIM cards turned out to be faulty but Start were excellent in resolving the problem very quickly.

We can't rate Start Communications highly enough. We were having awful problems with our telecom provider and our business was being affected hugely. It is very difficult to choose a new provider when there are so many in the market. We were very lucky to meet Richard, Tom and the team. They listened to our requirements, made informed suggestions and tailored our system to suit our business. Reece and Beverley then handled the transition smoothly and were very quick to make adjustments as we needed them. We have had no problems whatsoever since joining, which has made a huge difference to our day to day operation. We would highly recommend them.

I recently changed over to Start Communications from a very large telecoms provider and the experience has been very positive. My account Manager Michael made everything easy and straightforward to switch over. Their support team are fantastic and knowledgeable, you can pick up the phone and speak to a real person who will deal with your enquiry. No more having to type out lengthy emails to explain an issue, for somebody to take ages getting back to you. It's been a month and I'm really happy that we switched over.

Start comms are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are a family run business that relies heavily on our telecom systems. Not only have start saved us money but now our phone systems are easier to use and they are tailored to our specific needs.

Start Comms are amazing!

Our previous provider kept taking days, even weeks to resolve or amend any issues we had as well as adding additional fees unexpectedly.

We were introduced to Start Communications and when we met with Kerry, he made us feel at ease from the very first meeting and since then, we’ve never looked back! Start Comms took care of everything and held our hand through the whole process when taking over our telecoms. The service and support they provide goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for them. Any amendments or changes are dealt with exceptionally quick and it has totally restored our confidence in telecoms once again. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer Start Comms to anyone. They’re all amazing!
