I am very disappointed with the service received. The deliverables have not been provided in line with the package I purchased, and there has been a lack of communication and response to my queries. I have also requested an invoice but have not yet received it.

At this stage, I am unable to recommend the service based on my experience. While the pricing appears competitive, the overall service level and customer support have not met expectations.

I got my ID verified for Companies House after failing my attempt with first login. I failed at first attempt again with Starritup too because there were some mistakes with spelling of my name as well as address when my friend added me as a director to his company. Shawn at Startitup was very attentive and always replied to my messages on whatsapp and email whenever I had queries. I recommend Startitup and Shawn highly for quality of their service.

We bought a Registered office address.

Service is up and running, after some spam folder issues.

Complete Fraud Company. Stay Away. They took more than 2 months filing my LLC. They are not providing me bank. Now they are not replying me when I am asking for bank account. Worst Experience ever. If trustpilot has an option to send photos as a proof, then I can send photos and screenshots of chats and emails that I am sending them on regular basis from the last 1 month. But they are not in touch with me.
