An Unforgettable Journey with Star Tours!

​We recently completed the Panoramic Europe tour with Star Tours, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a perfectly organized trip that balances iconic sightseeing with comfort, this is it.
​Our Tour Manager: Rishi
A massive thank you to Rishi, our tour manager, who was the heart of this trip. His knowledge of every destination—from the history of the Eiffel Tower to the hidden gems in Lucerne—was impressive. He managed the group with incredible patience, humor, and professionalism. Rishi went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, kept us perfectly on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and made the long coach journeys feel short with his engaging stories and tips.
​Our Driver: Andrei
We couldn’t have asked for a better driver than Andrei. Navigating through the winding roads of the Black Forest and the busy streets of Paris requires serious skill, and Andrei made it look easy. We always felt safe in his hands. The coach was kept spotless throughout the trip, and his punctual, polite, and helpful nature (especially with the luggage!) was much appreciated.

Whilst there were certainly enjoyable and memorable aspects to this trip, the overall experience was a significant regression from our Star Tours experience a decade ago. Ultimately, the mismanagement of food and logistics was the breaking factor.

Dining and Nutrition

— Provided dinners lacked the variety we experienced in 2016, feeling repetitive and somewhat limited in choice.

— The Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam-Airport breakfast was a major disappointment, offering virtually no vegetarian or vegan options beyond basic fruit and yoghurt.

— It is unheard of for a hotel of this calibre to provide a vast selection of bread and cheese without a SINGLE egg-free option.

— The total absence of allergen lists or dietary guides was unacceptable; we could not even verify if staples like bread were vegetarian-friendly.

Hotel Experience

— We did not agree with the 4* rating the hotel boasted, and felt that a 3* rating would be a more accurate reflection of the standard provided.

— The guest experience was 'hit and miss', as aptly described by a fellow traveller; whilst the beds were comfortable and the thermostat was useful, rooms suffered from poor lighting.

— We found the electricity system foolhardy, whereby if someone was to take the card with them when leaving the room, all power would immediately be turned off.

Logistical Management

— Management of the final day was particularly poor, granting a mere 10 minutes for a refreshment break on a long day of travelling.

— Frustration was deepened by the subsequent allocation of 40 minutes for a small chocolate shop and an entirely needless hour at a duty-free shop prior to boarding the ferry.

— It was highly jarring that the excessive time spent at these unnecessary stops was not instead allocated to allowing us a proper lunch break—a basic comfort we were denied.

— Because we were left starving throughout the day, we were forced to find a restaurant for a late-night meal at 10:30 PM after disembarking, rather than heading straight home.

Conclusion

It wasn’t all bad; the tour guides were witty and knowledgeable, and attractions like Keukenhof and Madurodam were truly enjoyable to experience. However, these highlights do not excuse the lack of basic comfort. Whilst we understand the goal of covering as many attractions as possible, it should not come at the cost of something as fundamental as meals. Better planning and an improved emphasis on this crucial aspect would have easily prevented the mismanagement that became the breaking factor of this trip.

Our trip is Discover Europe trip from 2 May to 9 May 2026. The tour leader was Nikhil Bhansali and the coach captain was Delnor . Nikhil is a through professional! His polite yet firm stance made sure that we covered all the spots in time . His knowledge and giving detailed description of each place we visited along with his pleasant personality unified the group and made all of us feel like a family and enjoy the experience in a very pleasant way ! His time management and arranging for hot Indian food at most places with due care made the trip something I would very much enjoy and hope that for my next tour, he is the tour manager . Kuddos to him for not just his duty but going way beyond the call of duty to make the experience great and creating loyalty amongst folks like me who would always want to travel with Star tours provided that all tour leaders are as good as Nikhil !

Excellent worth of money everything was good

Very good and comfortable experience. I book europe tour for my parents through star travels and my parents enjoyed alot. Very authentic services. Thankyou star travels for great journey.

We had an absolutely incredible time on the STAR TOUR.From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized. Our guide, MR.DIVASH JOSHI was a highlight—incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and went out of their way to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable.&

Excellent service from our coach captain MR.JAMIE OWEN, of THOMAS OF RHONDDA COACHES They were professional, helpful with our luggage, and handled the traffic with total ease. The coach was comfortable and arrived ahead of schedule at every stop.

I had a wonderful experience traveling with Star Tours, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour manager, Divash. From start to finish, he was incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the trip enjoyable for everyone.

Star Tour was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The highlights of the tour were truly memorable from the stunning views to the engaging storytelling by the guide Diwash , who made every stop interesting and enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience with Star Tours! Everything was very well organized and perfectly on time, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed the wide variety of cuisines offered throughout the tour. The stay arrangements were comfortable and met our expectations. A special mention to our tour manager, Divash, who provided excellent service and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose Star Tours again for future trips!

We took the trip of 4days historic Scotland. It was amazing experience, the food was nice , hotel was nice and the trip was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Divash work is amazing. He introduced all the places very well. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. Thanks to jemmy as well for riding us safely to every spot. We are definitely looking forward to book our trip again with star tours. Once’s gain thank you divash and jemmy.

Review of Star Tour in Scotland 4 day Trip with Divash and Jimmy (Coach Driver).

I recently visited Scotland on a Star Tour with Divash as our guide and Jimmy as the driver. The experience was truly memorable. Divash gave an excellent tour, providing interesting insights throughout the trip, which made exploring Scotland both fun and informative.

Jimmy, our driver, was very professional and friendly. His calm and skilful driving made the journey comfortable and relaxing.

Overall, the combination of Divash’s engaging guidance and Jimmy’s professionalism created a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Star Tour to anyone planning to explore Scotland.

We had an amazing time exploring Scotland with Divash sir and Jamie. It was a memorable journey.

Our recent two-day Snowdonia tour with Star Tours was truly a memorable experience, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Having previously joined a one-day tour with them, we were already impressed—but this extended trip was even better planned and executed.

The journey began with a very comfortable coach ride. The coach was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the travel experience smooth and relaxing. The scenic route added to the charm, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views along the way.

The hotel stay was exceptional. Located right by the beach, it offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made the stay even more special. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged—the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, the washroom was spotless and modern, and even the TV and other amenities were of top quality. Everything truly felt beyond our expectations. One of the highlights was the delicious Indian vegetarian English breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us with excellent vegetarian options suitable for Indian preferences.

A special mention goes to our tour manager, Mr. Saurabh. His guidance for everything and support throughout the trip were outstanding. He ensured that we were well-informed at every step including information regarding most visited monument and sharing all necessary details without us even needing to ask. His friendly and proactive approach made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Overall, this was a wonderfully organized and enjoyable trip. Once again, Star Tours has delivered a fantastic travel experience, and we are already waiting for our next journey with them.

With regard to "Essence of Holland & Belgium".
The reason we went with star tours instead of other companies is because the last time there was excellent choice for pure vegetarians.
This time,in the hotel,the only pure vegetarian choices at breakfast for the days we spent there were yogurt or fruit.
We were told by the hotel staff all the breads were not suitable for pure vegetarians,also the fruit available was not of the best quality,we were very annoyed that we couldn't start our day with a good meal,it was a huge cullinary letdown,I would rate the hotel at 3*.
The tulip gardens were worth visiting but not enough time was allocated to enjoy them properly,this is something everyone on the coach we spoke to agreed with,two hours were allocated for shopping in Amsterdam on that day,if one hour had been allocated instead of two then that would have given us extra time at the tulip gardens.
On the last day when we were travellling back to catch the ferry home we did not stop for lunch either,it would have been nice to at least have had enough time to have had lunch.
Overall the trip was enjoyable & well managed by Star tours except for the above inconveniences.

I booked my tour to bath and they cancelled it without notifying me. No mail, no message and I was standing on bus station waiting for bus. They didn’t refund money, they kept on saying that we sent mail but there was no email. They didn’t refund money, and they blocked my number as well ..I seriously recommend to pay extra money but not book with them. They cancel anytime and any minute without informing
