Extremely poor experience with Star…

Extremely poor experience with Star Trader.

My IB (Introducing Broker) commission has been pending for over 3 months, and I am still unable to withdraw it. There has been no clear explanation from support, only delays and vague responses.

Account : 7459999
Amount : 407 USD

Keeping commissions pending for this long is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this platform handles partner earnings. A reliable broker should not make clients struggle to access their own money.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before working with Star Trader, especially as an IB.

This issue needs to be resolved immediately.

Stay away from scam broker

This is the worst broker. I have been emailing them every day for the past 14 days, but they are not giving any response. There is no proper response on chat support either. This broker takes people’s funds. It is the worst broker—everyone should stay away from it. It eats people’s money.

Our Firm STARTRADER.INTERNATIONAL has lost its regulatory authorisation and is no longer permitted to operate as a regulated financial services firm in the United Kingdom and in Europe.

Optera Securities a -regulated law firm, has successfully pursued legal claims and chargeback actions against our company on behalf of multiple clients. These actions have resulted in multiple charge backs for those clients.

Optera Securities is currently the only legitimate firm permitted and regulated to handle chargeback cases againstSTARTRADER.INTERNATIONAL and our parent company. Individuals who have suffered financial losses in connection with us might be eligible for chargebacks with a compelling case may use Optera Securities directly as an intermediary.

This statement is made in compliance with a court order. For any further inquiries regarding this notice, please direct them to The Optera Securities / your legal representatives.

Stay away from this broker

They stop withdrawals without any reason. This is the worst broker — they don’t respond to emails or provide any help. There has been no reply to my email for the past 10 days. This is the most useless broker. Stay away from this broker, it is a scam.
